Yesterday was smoothie with banana, blueberry and peach.

So far an egg white omelette with mushrooms, white onion, green onion, garlic, and tomatoes in it and a decaf coffee with sugar free hazelnut creamer.

Went out with my two clients after the show today and had a burger.. I feel I'm just at the verge of feeling sick as I probably ate too much and it comes as sick after dieting. Meal were great though.

I discovered this youtube channel and I like this girl, a lot. Gonna try her recipes, will meal plan this week, so I make sure I am sticking to my good eating habits.
I like that she uses normal ingredients and easy to follow recipes.
