    No, counting calories is too much work. Stick with portion size. Find a healthy eating plan. Lean protein, lots and lots of green leafy vegetables, stay away from high carb, high sugar foods. Avoid eating after 7ish and drink lots and lots of water and exercise. Exercise doesn't have to be intense, just brisk walking for 45 minutes to get your heart rate up 4 or 5 times a week. Keep healthy snacks around to take the edge off hunger.

    I don't count calories. I count macronutrients. I follow the zone diet that allows me to eat the foods I like so long as I properly portion them. Oftentimes, I end up eating healthier just because I want to be more full. Like, I can eat a half a slice of bread for 1 block, or a full 9 inch cucumber for 1 block. Cucumber fills me up more, so I choose that.

    That said, I eat about 1400 calories a day in solid foods, with another 800-2000 calories coming from supplements, depending on whether I'm bulking or cutting. My maintenance is 2700 calories (5'9" 200 lb, 13% BF).

    I do not count calories ever just eat certain things, when I danced my diet was much better than now. Today I had hot lemon water then tomato and basil soup and bread ugh think im over my bread kick. then I just had cookies and ice-cream and green tea, yes my period is due, later I have Chinese leftover shrimp rice. Then the rest of week I will get back to my healthy groceries.

    a strawberry protein shake, seitan, salmon, rice, roasted seaweed snack, and applesauce. Dinner was spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips and 4 cheese mac n cheese with honey pepper chicken from Applebee's. I had 2 Reese's peanut butter cups too. I never count calories. I try to eat healthy but I don't always.

    My boss took me to brunch and I had two egg and refried bean tacos on flour tortillas. They were so fricking good! Plus I drank half of his soda. Got to workout hard tonight.

    Lots of carbs in those frijoles refritos.. You'll need that workout to maintain that incredible body.

    raspberry/blueberry/banana/almond milk/flax seed smoothie + black coffee

    peanut butter sandwich, potato chips and protein bar

    half a donut

    glass of merlot, whiskey on the rocks, another glass of merlot (at work)

    bag of microwave popcorn

    lentils and rice with an old fashioned (at home)

    You know I did! I rarely eat like that, and soda on top of that but it was so good.
