I had two scrambled eggs and handful of raspberries for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch, boiled cabbage with salt and pepper and a can of sardines in marinara sauce for dinner.
Last night I had baked teriyaki chicken drumsticks and diced baked red potatoes with chopped garlic, salt and pepper. Cheap, delicious, and healthy!
I plan on making bison meatballs with spaghetti sauce tomorrow.....
