I've been eating these lately and they're really good. They have a really smooth, creamy texture, good flavor and zero after taste

A custie took me out to breakfast. I had a western omelette, hash browns, orange juice, and a cup of fruit. I was full from breakfast for a long time. I had homemade chili for dinner at 4pm and just had some wheat crackers with cashew butter on them.

i've found a new "cooking" routine that has been really healthy and not time consuming with chopping, slicing, dicing. Now I only go all out for my cheat meal each week and am super excited to cook it! I make all the foil packets for the week on one of my days off so i can just pop them into the oven and have a fresh hot meal during lunch or have dinner ready right when i finish up camming.
basically, my diet is as follows (and i've lost a kilo in the last two weeks on diet alone. i'll be getting back to exercising in Feb). I'm a small framed 5'2" and am feeling so full that i skip my snack sometimes!
1 cup savory oatmeal (cooked with water only and seasoned with salt and pepper) with 1 egg over easy each morning.
for lunch and for dinner: 1 foil packet each that I bake with 300g frozen veggies, 55g diced chicken breast, 5ml oil (olive or coconut), and whatever spices sound delicious at the time...bake for an hour
on the side I have 100g brown basmati rice that I bake with whatever bouillon cube flavors I'm feeling at the moment (300g raw rice, 1.5 bouillon cubes, 740ml water)...bake for an hour
and a piece of fruit, slivered almonds, and some yogurt as a snack.
the spice mixes make it so I never get tired of it!
