Way way way too many "natural" unroasted cashews.
I love those things. That's the kind of thing I binge on. So yummy!
Raspberry Greek yogurt, ginger tea, garlic lemon shrimp pasta, cashews, and a Hershey's chocolate bar with almonds.
I had a vanilla protein shake for breakfast, bean soup for lunch, and a nice dinner date with myself.. pesto caprese salad with tomatoes and mozzarella in it, smoked salmon mousse with toast, and linguini with shrimp, mussels, scallops, and snow crab, in a white wine and garlic cream sauce.





I eat weird now because I have some stomach issue's so I am eating a Gerd diet. Today I had carrot\ cabbage juice, cantaloupe with vanilla protein, brown rice and cauliflower. A few GF shortbread cookies and chmomile tea. Now I will have chicken breast and spinach. I am not able to eat all my favorite things like chocolate, green tea and tomatoes. It's hard.

Today I had my juice, then Apple with Greek yogurt, ground turkey and bok choi, chamomile and short bread, more turkey with peas. Maybe I will have a banana.

I just got some food delivered from Boston Market. I ordered the rotisserie chicken, sweet potato bake, cranberry walnut relish, cornbread, with a slice of carrot cake for dessert. Yepperoni, I'm spoiling myself today.





I'm on a calorie restriction of 1500 a day.
Breakfast: two cups of black coffee; one cup of vanilla almond milk; 40 ounces of water
Lunch: lightly fried 2 cups of organic power greens in a tablespoon of avocado oil; threw in 4 ounces of canned pink salmon; seasoned it with a dash of pink Himalayan Salt; topped it with a whole medium avocado; 32 ounces of water
Snack: 3 cuties and 30 ounces of water
I now have 791 calories for dinner. I'm fucking stoked!!!

In the morning I eat - lemon tea with ginger, as well as baked fish (not fat)
In the afternoon I eat buckwheat porridge, chicken and broccoli.
In the evening - cottage cheese
Portions are no more since you can not exceed 1500 calories per day.

491 calories for dinner. Hungry!

I have 1500 calories today & I need to save as many as possible for happy hour tonight with my girls.
Breakfast: two cups of black coffee with 4 tablespoons of creamer; two cuties; one cup of power greens and three spears of asparagus lightly fried in extra virgin olive oil seasoned with pink himalayan salt and 3 ounces of sardines; drank 40 ounces of water.

So juiced: I've got 696 calories for dinner (Prime beef burger paired with a deep red wine).
For lunch I had a small serving of veggie spaghetti with chunky pasta sauce and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Plus had 80 ounces of water so far today! Killed it!
I'm ready to party tonight.

I had two corn dogs with mustard. OMG!!!, I couldn't tell you the last time I had a corn dog. So fricking good!
