I'm weird. I had shrimp egg foo young for breakfast, a spinach leaf salad and cashews for lunch, and a brownie with walnuts





Yesterday was nectarines and banana and Greek yogurt,

I'm drooling!
For breakfast I have had 3 spears of asparagus, two cups of power greens lightly fried in a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and 2 ounces of canned pink salmon seasoned with pink himalayan salt. I drank a tangerine energy tea and 10 ounces of water too.

Breakfast: 2 cups black coffee, 4 cubes sugar, 1/2 cup whole milk, 40 ounces water.
Lunch: 3 ounces Hilshire beef sausage, 3 cups lettuce, 1 ounce Cheddar cheese, 3 tablespoons ranch dressing, 40 ounces water.
Dinner: 4 hard boiled eggs, 3 cups lettuce, 3 tablespoons ranch dressing, 20 ounces water.
Snack: 3 ounces veggie chips, 2 ounces mozzarella cheese, 20 ounces water.

Breakfast 1 slice of bread with avocado (mashed, mixed with a bit of olive oil, lemon and salt) and cherry tomatoes
Lunch vegetable soup+ 1 vanilla eclair+ half of can of pepsi
Dinner 1 stuffed bell pepper (stuffed with ground turkey) and a salad (lettuce, raddish, lemon juice, olive oil and salt)+ 1/2 snickers bar
Snack: 1 cup of coffee with 1 tsp of sugar
From tomorow I'll start adding those into Myfitnesspal and write down the calories too

I havent had one in a while, but this one hot dog stand I go to has char dogs (broiled) & fresh cut fries!

Lunch- stuffed pickled cabbage with rice and mushrooms + half of semolina pudding+ dried fruits serving + half of can of pepsi
Snack- other half of semolina pudding serving+ 1 mon cheri ferrero candy
Dinner- Baked chicken breast with salad (lettuce+ radish+ spring onion+ olive oil+ lemon juice+ salt)+ half of protein bar (as desert).

Dinner: power green salad with 3 spears large asparagus, two scrambled eggs, one large avocado, and 2 tablespoons avocado ranch dressing 20 ounces water
Snacks: 4 cups green tea with raw organic honey
