whats some good low calorie salad dressing for salads?
So far today...stuffed grape leaves and apple crisp coffee with soymilk.





I haven't found a really good low calorie dressing. Don't pour dressing directly over your salad. Pour a little of the dressing off to side on the plate and dip the tip of the fork into the salad dressing, then get the salad with the fork. So you get the taste, but limit the calories. Just a tip.

Yesterday was a good day. I found this really delicious, pre-seasoned salmon at Walmart and bought two for me and bf to cook up and eat for lunch. With a little Old Bay seasoning, it tasted even better than it looked. So it was honey oats, bananas, and milk for breakfast and that salmon for lunch. I fell asleep before eating anything for dinner though.
