Yesterday:
Hoummus, steamed broccoli
Porridge with dates and cinnamon
GF bagel with tuna, mayo and lettuce
Falafel and salad
Vanilla/almond vegan protein shake
Water, herb teas, alcohol free beer
I seem to have managed to cut down on sugar to the point I don't crave it, which is almost unheard of for me. I do really enjoy sweet stuff so am choosing not to cut it out completely.





So far just a melon and banana smoothie.
I have some chicken to eat later maybe a salad.

Fried eggs in gf tortilla with cheddar and Turkey bacon.
Dinner will be salmon.

I tired rice cauliflower-pretty good! I was expecting to taste like crap, but it was really good with some chicken I made.

So far I've had steel cut oatmeal with honey and cinnamon in it, a spinach leaf salad, two black raspberry sparkling waters, carrot juice, and macadamia nuts
