I bought it and I am super pleased with it. I am not following it entirely, but it's good for ideas. It also has a weekly grocery shopping list, with quanitities and everything. It also included quanities for each calorie goal (1600, 1800, 2000, etc). The deal it's gonna be over at the begining of July, I think.

Oh, who am I kidding... I had cottage cheese and coffee, later a Muscle Milk, and a breaded and air fried chicken cutlet and salad for dinner.

BTW, while we are on the subject, is it needed to point out the obvious: That it is just possible that if you are willing to judge the worth of someone simply by what you read on a website about them it might say a whole hell of a lot more about you than it says about the person you are judging?

Breakfast: hard boiled eggs dipped in a concoction made of grapeseed oil, hemp seeds, turmeric, and black pepper. The black pepper is essential because it drastically increases absorption of the circumins in the turmeric.
Lunch: 2 plant-based spicy sausage patties, kale sauteed in oil, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, and topped with pepperjack cheese; half an avocado on the side
I swear by turmeric, hemp seeds, and raw kombucha incorporated daily into a healthy diet. I need to restock kombucha but sadly, the only place that brews it just right is an hour away from where I live.

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs dipped in a concoction of grapeseed oil, hemp seeds, turmeric, cayenne, black pepper, and grated cheese
Lunch: homemade spinach kale cheese dip in a cream base with plenty of freshly diced sauteed garlic and diced tomatoes
Dinner: leftover aforementioned spinach kale dip

Today: 3 hard boiled eggs with the oil, hemp, spice, and cheese mix; half an avocado on the side

A handful of fresh picked wild berries (raspberry, blackberry) from the park woods behind my backyard. 2 hard boiled eggs with a concoction of olive oil, hemp seeds, turmeric, black pepper, cayenne, and grated cheese.
Sauteed "ground beef" style Quorn with sauteed kale, diced orange bell pepper, kidney beans, and melted cheese.
Ruby red grapefruit topped with cinnamon. A handful of fresh strawberries.
I've had to scale back keto somewhat to incorporate more vitamin C, zinc, copper, and selenium into my diet to prepare for my plastic surgeries in 10 days. I'm also taking additional vitamin supplements to boost my body since my vegetarian strict keto diet unfortunately tends to neglect some of these minerals and vitamins at times.
