(Posted this in another thread, in camming connection, so I thought I'd put it here too, for those interested, since it's a food thread)
Since we are talking about food and snacks, I came across this article that it's absolutely eye opening and makes you understand how many hidden calories are, even in the spusedly "healthy" foods. No wonder we gain weight, because we thought we ate healthy, or we thought we kept track of calories. I personally didn't see any weight drop unless I was logging calories in myfitnesspal, it was the only tool that helped me understand servings, portion, indulge myself and also lose weight, but anyway... Enjoy reading the article, it's soooo goood!!
Oh and in the first part it explains the "starvation mode" thing, that everyone is crazy about. It debunks a huge myth haha!
