Breakfast: pita wrap with cream cheese, ham and tomatoes
Lunch: grilled mackerel with fries and garlic sauce and 1 can of pepsi. That brought me at 1200 calories for the day and I was all stuffed and good and happy I enjoyed a good meal and was within my calorie budget. But then my partner's mom made crepes with nutella and they were so good, that I ate 3. Ended the day at 2000 calories, lmao)))))

^^^What kind of crepes?One of the best desserts I've ever had at a restaurant were crepes filled with chocolate mousse, raspberries and blackberries from some French restaurant in Key West. I love all crepes though, savory and sweet.





They were dulce de leche with banana and cream. Delicious.

day 2 of adding chia seeds to the diet. got them in the morning oats. thinking if i'll sprinkle them on my salads and yogurt throughout the rest of the day or if it's better to make a chia pudding to get the second serving in. they are super filling. day 2 of putting them in my oats and i want to reduce my oats portion
