Doing a lean out for summer, so I'm amping up the produce. Also, my schedule is weird so I'm awake from 3pm to 6am... that's why my "lunch" and "dinner" are at strange times.
Yesterday:
Lunch (7pm): Turkey and havarti sandwich with lettuce, tomato and mustard on wheat.
Dinner (11:30pm): Homemade hamburger without bun, 3 cups steamed broccoli and carrots
Dessert: 2 peanut butter mini eggs
3L water
Today:
Breakfast (3:30pm): 2 cups strawberries, 1 large banana, half L of water.
We're planning on going out for dinner at 10pm tonight, so I shall report back.
Reporting back:
7pm: Small homemade burger with no bun, 1 cup steamed carrots.
10:30pm: Caprese salad with heirloom tomatoes, olive oil, fresh basil and fresh buffalo mozzarella, handful of calamari.
Midnight: 2 peanut butter mini eggs.
4L of water today.
