When I saw the title of this thread I thought nobody is going to believe I subsist on that little but I only have one sometimes two relatively small meals a day which is usually a salad or dip of some description.
The rest consists of drinks: fresh aloe vera, wheatgrass, green smoothie & green juice; I have a 12 hour fasting period every day so if I don't eat after 7pm the day before I don't tend to eat before 7am the next day.
I'm raw vegan & f*ck me I've never felt so good with so much energy!

Yesterday:
- green juice early
- 2 steamed apples blended with cacao and cinnamon (tastes like apple pie)
- for dinner i had a raw vegan plate at a place in sf with live tacos, caesar salad, kale salad, sprouted taboulleh, flax crackers, cashew cheese
- then i split half a slice of vegan cake with my boyfriend.
- then some sugar free fat free pudding made with coconut milk (chemicals galore but im replacing this and jello for moments when i feel the urge to binge and it's helping a lot)
Today:
- celery juice
- hot water w lemon
- grapefruit
- steamed veggies w flax butter and some basmati rice
- americano w soy milk
- for dinner im planning on lamb kebabs and more veggies, green juice
im trying to have more variety and not be afraid of foods to help with my all-or-nothing mentality (when it comes to food and everything else.)

Breakfast: Oatmeal with cinnamon and small bowl of cereal and 1% milk.
Lunch: Wheat pasta with cooked spinach and minced garlic and avocado.
Dinner: Same thing as lunch.
Snack: Cilantro and jalapeno wrap with avocado.





I make wraps pretty much the same way you do, but with green salsa instead of sour cream. I seriously had no idea there was such thing as light sour cream until I read about your mexican inspired salads on MFP. I'm going to look for it the next time I go to the store and try to make low fat tacos.
I only put avocado in it because I was eating it as a snack, but it was still pretty filling. Whenever I eat a wrap for a meal, I usually put in lettuce or cooked spinach, avocado, a tiny bit of feta cheese , tomatoes, and green salsa. It's delicious.

this may sound like im a creeper, but its so inspirational and cute to hear you say we in reference to normal stuff with u and your SO.
it makes me understand that the right person loves all of you, not just the parts that are convennient!!




Breakfast: Oatmeal w/a couple green grapes thrown in, grean tea for drink.
Lunch: Com tam (Vietnamese food, its basically grilled pork over rice with some garnishes) plus some sriracha hot sauce and hot tea for drink.
Dinner: Korean BBQ chicken over rice. Hot tea for drink.
Evening snack: A small bag of takis fuego and some ice cold water.



1 Packet of squeezable fruit stuff
Some ham and cheese wrapped around pretzels
A couple of shrimp
Packet of asian bean-threads (like a ramen but with noodles that look like glass noodles)




vegan blueberry pancakes (like, all day)
green juice
margaritas
RANDOM -- improvising at my parents' house but planning on getting back in the green smoothie groove tomorrow.
