Me too! Dairy is the worst I think. I've been kidding myself it's ok if it's organic but no, any dairy is just no good for me. I have a rosacea flare up now because of butter, cheese and ice cream over the past few weeks(and when I have butter I spread it thick because I love it so much). It'll be at least a week of clean eating and some hot yoga before it clears.
Today I ate:
Leftover Singapore noodles
Raspberry ice lolly
Egg on rye toast
Couple of squares dark chocolate
Salmon and avocado nigiri
Chicken salad
Milk chocolate mini Easter egg
Water/herb teas
Sigh. I had a hangover
