-Chobani Almond Coco Loco Greek yogurt (and I don't usually like coconut flavor, but this is good!)
-TONS of Chinese... mostly fried rice with beef and broccoli.
-Sabra hummus with pretzels for dipping (only because they are good with pretzels, I usually don't like pretzels but they're delish with hummus!)
-6 pizza rolls. Lol.

Morning - GF toast with vegan mayo, nutritional yeast, sliced tomates, and basil. Avocado slices on the side.
Snack - banana and cherries
Lunch - mixed spinach salad with quinoa
Snack - potatoe chips and carrot/berry muffin.
Dinner was do delish - sauteed shitake mushrooms in garlic, onion, and peppers. With a side of beets salad well made. Was so good

Breakfast - large peach and Kind Bar
lunch - Med iced latte with skim milk from Dunkin Donuts
Dinner- half cup pasta with sautéed veggies and beans
half cup low fat ice cream





Brunch: Organic green smoothie and a bullet proof coffee.
Dinner: Steamed fish, salad (roasted organic beetroot with balsamic vinegar, organic snow peas and carrot, avocado and chasew cheese).
Snacks etc: Chocolate and peppermint quest bar and org. green tea with lemon, white wine.

Dinner - Gardein turk'y cutlet, steamed vegetables, pan seared sweet potato slices, 1L water
Dessert - 9 caramel Hershey kisses, 1 L water
My ex-gf - still friends - avg face but killer bod - skinny + small boobs/perky nips.

Breakfast - Potato O'Brien, sausage, bacon, 1L water w/ lemon, various multi-vitamins
Snack - Green tea (decaf), 1L w/ lemon, Onion bagel w/ cream cheese
Lunch - Large organic salad w/ chicken, 1L water w/ lemon, Tonalin
Planned for the rest of the day:
Snack - 1/4 c trail mix
Dinner - Quorn Turk'y roast, baked sweet potato, 2 c mixed steamed vegetables
Snack - 1 c frozen mixed fruits w/ perhaps a scoop of vegan ice cream

it's really easy for me to get off track, but i work hard to forgive myself and recognise that making unhealthy or healthy choices are usually emotionally fuelled. when i'm having a rubbish day i'm 10000000000 times more likely to eat junk

I woke up late so I accidentally skipped breakfast and snack. So far for lunch I've had organic green grapes and a grilled chicken salad over baby spinach, low fat cheese, organic, low fat ranch topped with a few onions. I'll have 2 more healthy snacks and then a veggie portobello pizza. It's like a low fat pizza, on a big ass mushroom as a crust. Different, but not bad.

Lunch - 3/4 Personal pizza @ Pizza Rev (vegan sausage, spinach, tomato, red onion, green pepper) ; 3/4 chocolate chip cookie ; 20 oz. Coca Cola Zero. Treated myself to lunch after an appt went really well.
Dinner - Healthy Choice Steamables Chicken and Sweet potatoes
Dessert - 200 cal vanilla ice cream

2c Campbell's chicken and dumplings soup, Healthy choice steamables, 1L water, Tonalin
12 oz fresh pressed orange ginger juice & a slice of blueberry yogurt bread from Alfalfa's

2 cups of vanilla ice cream topped w raspberries and blueberries
Fell off track for dinner and dessert. Walked 12,000+ steps and biked 13 miles so hopefully that will offset some of my splurging today![]()
My husband made me a grilled cheese for brunch and I made sinigang with pork, radish and Chinese cabbage. I'm so proud of myself that it turned out this well and it's perfect for cool weather.

Today was my pig out day so first went to this really good southern type restaurant. Had a fried chicken sandwich floating in gravy and a side of mashed potatoes also floating in gravy. Later made myself a big organic coffee and a big salad with green lettuce and lots of tomatoes with hidden Valley ranch dressing. Later on snacked on some cheese and pickles. I will eat healthier tomorrow.





Oreos with milk, anchovies. I swear I'm not preggo.
