My green and berries smoothie for breakfast. For dinner my left over broccoli and onion quiche that I made yesterday for dinner. A big salad of greens and tomatoes, my dressing was ACV, Virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. Then my favorite: 3 organic corn on the cobs. Now I'm making some herbal tea and gonna watch bachelor in paradise soon. Lol
what is ACV dressing? curious to know as I'm such a picky eater I won't eat mayo or vinegar and therefore have to make my dressings from scratch, always looking for something new tho
Acv stands for Apple cider vinegar. If you don't like the taste of vinegar you probably won't like this. I put a lot of olive oil and sometimes water to dilute the vinegar taste a bit. I love the taste and it's so healthy.

Brunch: Double shot soy latte, org. mango, banana and coconut milk smoothie with turmeric and chia seeds.

Snacks etc: Lots of tea, a punnet of strawberries, roasted board bean "chips".

My eating has been off the scale out of control lately as I've been ill.
I'm getting back on track but keeping it realistic, I'm just way too much of a 'foodie' to deprive myself completely.
So far today:
Blueberries. Tuna, yellow pepper and carrot salad. GF chicken noodle soup pot. Dark chocolate and a couple of ginger travel sickness sweets.
I'm planning on making amazing duck fat roast potatoes for dinner, probably with some chicken or fish and lots of vegetables. And of course another sweet treat, I have some raspberry sorbet lollies that are healthyish in the freezer.
(There is also some Ben n Jerrys in there, eeek how do I resist...)

Mint tea, (probably about 10 cups like most days!)
Lettuce, carrot, cucumber, avocado salad with a few tortilla chips crumbled over, dressed with olive oil and lemon.
2 dark choc ricecake thins(I used to hate ricecakes but these thin ones have converted me, they don't remind me of polystyrene at all)
Dinner will be roast chicken thighs and vegetables with something like a coconut milk hot chocolate afterwards.
So far yoghurt, blueberries, strawberries, granola, two eggs and facon (fake bacon). Getting rather hungry looking at all these meals.



Tons of protein..
Shake: vanilla almond milk, Vega one french vanilla protein powder, banana
One hard boiled egg
Simply protein chips (140 cal)
