Not great but I'm trying :S I burn about 3,000 calories a day between work and working out so I tend to either eat too little or eat too much.

Dinner was vegetarian butter chicken. I used cauliflower instead of chicken with rice and beans. Had cherry tomatoes as an app.

Dinner was a few Kayem sausages in sauce
Bone broth.
Costco finally started carrying it in my region! Organic chicken bone broth. I heat it up in a mug and add salt, pepper, and granulated garlic. Delicious on a cool day. The protein and liquid make it oddly filling. LOVE!

Today is pig out day: went out for brunch , had eggs benedict with tomatoes and avacodo and roasted potatoes and a cafe latte. Later some perogies with fried onions and sour cream, cole slaw and some cheese

Lunch was a canned salmon sandwich mixed with mayo and fresh garlic, and I used gluten free bread and the bread was actually good.
So far:
Breakfast: kind bar, 4 shots of espresso w/ splash of almond milk.
Protein shake with 1 1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup pb2, unsweetened almond milk & stevia
Lunch:
3cups Pinot grigio
1 shot vodka
1/4 lb candied cinnamon pecans small cup mac & cheese topped with pulled pork. (Went to an nfl game so went a little crazy lol.)

Yesterday I ate one large pizza minus a slice. And twisty garlic bread from Dominos.
