I have a sick obsession with watercress salads lately. Omg, so good. Like, I can eat it everyday. Drenched in evoo and white vinegar. Salt, pepper, and raw white onions. Simple and addicting. Must be some nutrients my body is asking for.
Also obsessed with this Vegan smoked gouda cheese slice. Melted on an egg muffin sandwich with sea salt. So dang tastey!



I had an egg sandwich complete with 3 thin slices of honey ham, a slice of coby/monterey jack cheese, and a little bit of mayo. It was good. It wasn't satisfying....I guess because I'm seriously craving a cinnamon cereal with milk lol. Like bad. More than likely because Walmart had a sample area to try a new cereal that had cinnamon in it...it was so delicious but for a small box it was $4.00 and it just wasn't in the budget. Fuck.

I have been eating so bad the past few weeks because been on a trip and eating out a lot, even today I had a Kobe burger and a milkshake. about to have some green tea.

Had 3 different salads. Any healthy stuff goes. Don't have the time to cook healthy therefore I almost quit cooking. But the expenses grown a lot too.

Today I had
Breakfast: porridge, chopped strawberries and drizzle of maple syrup
Lunch: Nothing
Dinner: Steamed cabbage, broccoli. Fishless fingers by quorn with pan fried mushrooms and onions. Chips in a bowl afterwards.
Water intake: 4 glasses of lemon water
Snack: Organic green and black white chocolate, big bar of wispa & Kettle maple whole wheat crisps.
My week has not been as healthy as I would of liked it to be. I have a big booze day on sunday so I'm looking forward to that lol

Organic corn grits with salt, vegan butter, and melted vegan provolone cheese. Side with two fried eggs, salt, pepper, dried parsley. Dairy free and delicious!



Burritos. They were so delicious. Probably have pizza tonight.
Funny thing is I have stayed the same weight minus 1/2 lbs up & down. I guess drinking like 4 or more big gulp cups of water everyday helps.
