Back from vacation. Reading my last post and I am like:
Ok, I did respect what I said like 80%, but in meanwhile I did eat snacks and shit (lots of desserts, ice cream, gummy bears, frappe) and only one time I ate fries and some fried chicken because I was craving.
But I didn't workout at all, except some beach walkings and I didn't use the Myfitnesspal app at all... yeah... got home and back to diet and fitnesspal app.
Morning: hot water w lemon and 2 leftover pizza slices (401 calories)
Snack: 1 banana+ 1 bite of chocolate cake (186 calories)
Lunch: Omelet with ham and salad (309 calories)
Dinner: Ovened chicken breast + veggie salad and feta cheese (300 calories).
1200 calories goal hit for the day.
Workout burn: 350 calories. I won't add them to my 1200 calories goal.
PS: Is anyone here working out on empty stomach and having the breakfast after?
I plan to do that first thing in the morning after my hot water w lemon drink because, everytime I eat before workout, I waste 1-2 hours waiting to digest the food and bla bla and then I am late for work. I already did it today and I did okay so... I was wondering if there are people who do it and are fine with it.

today I had breakfast of eggs, mushrooms, turkey bacon and potatoes. with coffee
I just had a huge salad of romaine. arugula. spinach, turkey, avocado ,green onion, tomato and black olives.
Im going to make a pasta with eggplant, sundried tomato, diced tomato probably will last a few days as its just me, I might just taste it later if hungry. Have not have my tea yet and have not craved sugar yet probably because of my coffee earlier.

I do not know why I came here! I made the decision to go fully Vegan for at least 90 days. I have never liked meat all that much so that is a non issue but I do love seafood and cheese. It is harder sometimes to cut certain foods out of your diet that quit some drugs (likely because of the chemical pleasure centers in our brains). I have been craving lobster with a buttery sauce all day.
Anyway, this morning I had cold brew coffee with cashew milk.
Then, I had gluten free pasta with cashew based parmesan for lunch
I just had some home made turmeric pickles and veg. oil popped popcorn as a snack.
I know I need to eat more in the a.m. and less at night but it is hard to retrain the body

Today I satisfied my food cravings (aka sugar addiction) so I went over my calorie goal with 117 calories. The good thing is that I did burn like 190 calories on the today workout so I am cool.
Morning: Hot water w lemon and honey + omelette w ham + salad (cheese+ tomatoes+ cucumbers) = 362 calories
Snack: cherries = 101 calories
Lunch: Smoothie: mullberries+ banana+ baby spinach + ginger+ cucumber= 199 calories
Snack: Another salad (cheese+ tomatoes+ cucumbers+ baby spinach+ leftover chicken breast)= 180 calories
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta +ham + canned tomatoes + cheese = 337 calories
Snack: A few bites of tiramisu+ 1 Milka biscuit 180 calories
Total: 1317 calories

Millet dish..
Cooked millet (so cheap, so healthy, so easy to cook - look for it in the bulk or natural section. Bob's Red Mill is a good brand.)
Chopped roasted red peppers (you can buy these in a jar)
Fresh spinach
Feta cheese
Parsley
So easy to make! Sounds kind of weird if you've never had millet, but this dish is super tasty and super healthy! It's comforting and crave-worthy. Feta and millet make for an incredibly yummy combination!

I recently tried to make a breakfast millet dish with chopped apples, bananas, agave, and cinnamon, but I didn't like it. So this is my favorite millet dish I've found so far!
