    Dizzy should i?

I have always dyed my hair a "natural looking" shade of red. Once in a while I will throw in a dark red or bright red for fun. I do it because I am very light and my natural roots are brownish black. I am mixed, I am half asian and half puerto rican. I have been dancing for a while (5 going on 6 years) and I have never met another asian with the same hair complex. Most asians dye their hair blonde but that will wash me out in complextion. I also dye it because I was tired of people calling me gothic. I am very light (my skin tone can definately pass for a white girl complextion .. sorry not trying to be racist but its true). I always had loooong hair (down to my bellybutton). My friend suggest I should dye it brown or even blonde. Since my club is really interested in blondes. The other asian chicks are blondes and brunettes. I like being different. I stand out like a sore thumb already with my features but should I stick to that or change my beloved red hair? Thanks for your opinions ladies!

If you love your hair, stick to it! If it works for you and you feel it helps define you than why change a good thing? Also if there are lots of blondes and brunettes maybe this will mess with your income because you will no longer "stick out" like you feel you do now. Plus red heads are hot!

Thanks my dear. Its fun being able to stand out, but sometimes its not a good thing. I don't know why custies thinks its okay to compare the other asians to me. The other asians are fully asian, they might not be able to speak their native language but once glance you can tell they are asian. Its annoying as hell!!

you could experiment with different colour wigs and lacefronts to see if it has a negative or positive impact before dying your hair

I do look asian, but if u put me next to another asian you can tell I'm not fully asian. Being blonde washes me out. Should I try a tan? Would it be weird for a light asian to be a blonde?

    Google "tila tequila blonde"

She is very light complected and has many photos of different shades of blonde. I think she looks great! You don't need to tan to look good blonde. I am rather pale and have blonde hair. I think sometimes girls think they need to tan with certain hair colors but pale is beautiful and shouldn't be seen as a negative thing at all.

There's a girl in my club that looks like her, but just a bit bigger in size with fake bootie. I might try a wig before I destroy my hair the harsh bleach. But I'm afraid it will wash me out and look weird.
