I know clubs in Virginia where you only have two or three hour shifts and you get to be on stage for 20 minutes at a time, and no dances to be sold. In a club like that, taking home 100 bucks is acceptable. The bright side to these type of clubs is that money is very consistent, so you'll always know that you'll make money.
But, in a larger, upscale, busier, fancier club that sells all sorts of dances, where shifts are 5-7 hours long down in Raleigh, if you didn't make 100 bucks in less than a hour, it's bad. In here, hustling is a must in order to make at least 400 bucks.
