First of all, I just want to give a very big thank you to StripperWeb because I've been lurking for months now to learn everything I needed to know. I auditioned two nights ago and got the job and did okay for my first night.
Anyway, so I was going about my day and there were times where I would stop and think about how I'm actually a stripper now. It's kind of a neutral, surreal feeling probably because since I just started. Sorry I couldn't articulate myself any better. Has anyone experienced this kind of feeling as well (or something like it)?

God, I love this job. This is something I'm going to look back on when I'm 90 and be like, "Damn straight."

As dancers we are offered many opportunities that other people never get a chance at. We meet successful people who are very willing to give us things/jobs/etc... We also get to meet famous people within the clubs (if you're lucky). I love dancing! Sure there's the negative aspect of it but I think the positives far outweigh the negatives most of the time.
