Hey Girls,
First of all I wanted to say a huge thanks for all the cam girls here sharing their advice. I love this forum!
I was a dancer for 2 years but right now I live in a place where I can't dance so I've decided to get extremely good at camming.
So last night I had my first night on AW, I was on about 2-3 hours. I had quite many guys come into my room and talk to me, but I was very shy so I didn't talk, but typed (I've read that you should always talk, but I just felt awkward, so I simply had music playing).
I didn't get any tips or requests for a private show and I felt awful as I always read here how girls at least make SOME money on their first night.
I was a top earner in all the clubs I worked but I understand that camming is a totally different game..
I just don't know what I was doing wrong. I said hello to everybody, I smiled, didn't look bored, asked guys how they're day was etc, everything I used to do when dancing.
I'm good looking and I got many compliments but it never led anywhere and I wasn't sure how the whole 'cam hustle' works so I kind of waited for them to take the first step..
I got so stressed over it and had so much resentment built up that I actually cried today at the end of my yoga session.. I'm going to try again today and hope it will pick up for me.
Should I state in my profile that I'm new and shy? Does it attract decent guys or simply freeloaders who try to rip me off?
Thank you for everybody who takes the time to help.![]()
