Question Do you ever hurt after performing?

I don't mean if your coochie hurts, I mean if your other body parts hurt. After a GREAT night yesterday on MFC, my legs hurt from dancing and spreading! It makes me lazy every time I feel like this. If I want to do this daily, I'm really going to have to do some stretching and exercises. (I haven't since I've been depressed.)

Yes, dancing around makes me pretty sore. It's like a workout if you're not used to it so it might be wise to do some stretches before you go on cam so you don't pull anything. I get caught up in the moment when I'm on cam and don't really think about how strenuous what I'm doing is, I just go into "show-off mode" LOL!

Also, I decided to do a cam session on the bed on my laptop one time for like 3 hours and holy crap my back hurt so bad after that!

Me too! I'm a dancer so I love to show it off on the cam. But if you're not used to it, ouch! lol I need to do Zumba again. It made me really flexible

yesssss.. yesterday i worked really long and i am feeling it today!!! seriously some days my legs hurt from having them open so long, (that sounds so whore-ish ). or doing foot shows where my feet are in the air for awhile. or just doing positions that are uncomfortable as fuck but look great on cam.

i never stretch before i work but i think i really should start.

I'm just whining to myself all day about sore muscles and wondering if I'm coming down with flu...when I read this, I remembered switching poses on cam last night.

So, yes. Most attractive positions are usually the most strenuous for some reason. And yes, h0ttie, it's hard holding your feet up in the air for a long time! If I'm sitting up, my stomach muscles also get sore from that position, if I keep it long.

Ugh, at least I know it's not the flu. I better take an aspirin and put my make up on...more stretching ahoy.

I usually end up on the bed on my knees, legs apart, wiggling away...I now have the best thighs ever...yet another perk of the job!

The only hurt I have is my brain. The crap some of the freeloaders come up with is enough to drive the most psychologically stable person insane!

That's why I bought a chaise, I was standing with one leg on the floor and the other one on my desk, then I'd have to pan down to the floor for the right angle. Now I just lounge very comfortably and it's perfect for my leg, heel and hose shows as well

    Funny you should ask.

I woke up this morning with pain from a pulled muscle around my ribs.

Oh God yes! Sore back from being really straight and kind of leaned back a little most of the time. The worst was massive rug burn on my knees from moving around and being on my knees on MFC for like 4 hours on night, haha. Had to go get lotion to put on them in the middle, the guys even tipped to make me feel better cause they saw how red the were it was funny.
