I am currently 112lbs at 5'3 and im trying to gain a few pounds. before(i quit because i had twins) when i danced i stayed between 120-125. i personally like the weight i am at other than the fact my boobs and butt are smaller. but i have noticed i dont get tipped on stage as well, and people who knew me from before i had my twins all tell me i looked better a little thicker. i dont want to gain much weight, maybe 6 to 8 lbs, just enough to make a size 4 snug. problem is the only place that seems to gain weight when i try is in the belly area, which is not what i want. i need some advice to maybe some foods to help, but wont go straight to my belly. i pretty much eat healthy except for my coca cola habit. and im not quite as muscular as i used to be, but im still pretty toned.
