    Default Skin Tightening

Ladies Im not a spring chicken anymore and now after finally getting my butt in gear over 1 year after my BA, Ive lost weight and toned up, but my 29 year old skin just doesn't bounce back the way it used to. I feel like I have saggy skin on my thighs and back. Anyone have recommendations of either supplements, lotions or beauty treatments that can help my skin shrink back up and tighten?

Ha, I hope so, My 31 year old skin would love it!
I recommend LED skin lighting though, and the suikin skincare range and alchemy hair products.

Are you lifting weights? This is a great way to tighten loose skin, such as around the knees. I did a search on a bodybuilding forum and got this:

1)Apply Preparation H to the area at night and cover with a neoprene band.

    2) Put Knox Gellatin (collagen) in your protein shakes.

    3) Thiomuplex Cream (follow the instructions on the box).

    4) Take an hour long bath once a week in 1/2 pound of sea salt.

    5) Eat coconut oil.

    6) Supplement with Hyaluronic Acid.

I have not done any of these personally but you may want to explore them on your own. Nobody is more fanatical about how they look than bodybuilders and the person who posted this said he used them all after losing 100 lbs and they work. Here is the link:

Years ago I saw a TV show about these girls who were trying out to be cheerleaders for the Dallas Cowboys and she said her secret was to apply Preparation H to her thighs before she went and danced in front of the judges. Its supposed to keep your thighs from jiggling when you walk etc.

Although I've also read that its just a myth so don't take my word for it!

Doing weight training exercises and keep your skin very exfoliated (I use a nylon washcloth) and apply a moisturizer afterwards

there are a few non invasive plastic surgery options for skin tightening. Thermage and a few ultra sounds ones that sound promising.

^ Mmm ya I was researching thermage last night... looks like it might be a good option for me. They do it at my surgeons office so might be able to get a discount if I go at same time as fillers and botox for the year

I love taking baths and salt baths Ill also definitely give a go

Salt baths are just good for people in general. Bath and body works is pretty cheap and has a whole line of bath scrubs and salts meant for a specific feeling like relaxation or energy.
