Ok get this.. The one placei would actually work,
    IS A TIN SHED!
That that put a curtain in hte corner for lapdances
(Yes EVERYONE could see EVERYTHING in that corner... And theres only 1 , Witch speaks for the amount of dances that are sold.)
And There was 2 ... YES 2!!! People inside when i went in...
    at 11... ON FRIDAY!!

Ohh and get this, You have to tip out BEFORE you work... She said its "To motivate girls to work harder , And not get drunk..

Ohh and you know what els she does to motivate them... to not get drunk...
DOSNT LET THEM KNOW HOW MUCH THEY HAVE EARNED WHEN THEY

And the sad part is, Its a topless only, No contact club, which is GREAT!
The house mom (Although a bit of a scam artist) was VERY sweet
and looked like she really needed girls...

Setting aside the details of this particular club for the moment, it's definitely not uncommon for UPSCALE clubs in other parts of the country to charge a de-facto tipout BEFORE allowing a dancer to work that shift. They refer to it as a house fee or a stage fee. And in some cases the fee is quite large - i.e. $200+ !!!

Per management in Manhattan clubs, this fee structure is used as an incentive for dancers who may not have the highest quality 'goods' to offer, who may not have the best social / sales skills etc., and who therefore aren't generating a lot of customer interest nor earning a lot of money via tips / private dance sales / VIP sales, to leave the club voluntarily thus making room for another dancer who may have more to offer ( and thus generate more dancer earnings as well as club earnings ). Obviously if a club charges a $200 house fee, and the dancer fails to earn $200 during that shift, it's not likely that she'll keep coming back to this club for too long !!! But from a club management standpoint, the high house fee business model can only work if there is a steady stream of quality new dancers available to fill the opening when a dancer with mediocre earnings potential decides to quit.

I have to admit that I've never heard of a downscale club which is having trouble attracting quality dancers using the high house fee business model. In general, such downscale clubs keep their house fees and tipouts to a minimum in order to induce more dancers to try working at that club ... and generate revenues for the club by charging fairly high percentages of dancers' private dance sales instead. Under this business model, mediocre dancers won't ever 'lose' money. But on the flip side upscale dancers can't earn as much when they sell a ton of private dances under this business model because the downscale club is taking a 25-33-50% 'cut' of the private dance money being spent by the club customer ( whereas in the high house fee upscale club the dancer may be able to keep all of the private dance money being spent by the club customer ).

Back to the particular club you mention, whew this is a major 'calculated risk'. On the one hand, if you decide to try this club - if you wind up being the 'hottest' dancer in this club - if you begin to attract a fair amount of private dance sales via 'word of mouth' ( yes the 2 customers could in turn result in 4 customers the following night and 8 customers the second night and 16 customers the third night ) - and if you are allowed to keep 100% of your private dance sales - it could turn out to be a very good deal a la the ever famous 'big fish in a small pond'. On the flip side if the 'shithole' image of the club only attracts customers who can barely afford two beers then you'll be wasting time and potentially losing money by working there.

In the way of small clubs in unlikely locations, over the years I made a great deal of money via the 'big fish in a small pond' principle. But then again none of the small clubs I ever worked at had a tin roof or a 'curtain hung in a corner' for a private dance area either.

Ohh yes hehe , Big fish theory would be correct.
The girls weren't necessarily awful quality... There was1 amazing looking girl...
I could tell she was there prize girl , That kinda said it to her when she came in.
She was stick build, And me having boobs, i could tell i intimidated her just setting in the
(Office.../Door check...) It was hilarious, The interview room was the entrance to the club.... So everytime someone came in , i had to stand up , and move back to the corner... Uhhg goodness,
I PRAISE my old club now.

Did i mention the pole, Was a pole they welded to the floor , and ceiling... No stage.. :*(
