Default Customer following me out to my car

Saturday night I had this creeper customer follow me out to the parking lot. He comes in sometimes and doesn't really buy too many dances maybe two or three and always asks for my number. I've used all the excuses on him, "i'm not looking for a relationship" "i'm too busy to date" ect ect. But he really doesnt seem to get it.

So anyway last saturday night I had the bouncer walk me to my car, and I was sitting in my car chatting for 5 mins smoking a ciggarette, as soon as the bouncer leaves and goes back into the club - that same freak customer pops out of nowhere and starts asking me for my number. I am really uncomfortable now that he knows what I drive and am curious if there is anyway he can figure out where I live by my license plate number?

I am really paranoid because my gut is telling me that he won't stop. Anyone ever been in this situation???

Also, when I see him again I will be sure to tell him to fuck off. I don't really think thats going to work tho..

Good News is he can't get you address it not available to the public from what i understand. But not to alarm you too much but i would be very aware of your surroundings from now on. always get someone to walk with you until this creep gets it. because there was a girl from a another club in my area that the same thing was happening to her and the guy ended up attacking her in the parking lot with a knife. Don't trust any of those guys for one second (well some you can) but always have your guard up and go with your gut feeling.

don't be nice with guys like this. If they're creeping on you, tell them to fuck off. I find that being nice, or at least, not being a huge bitch, somehow means "yes I love you you have a chance one day" to them.

another option is parking your car somewhere closeby and having a taxi take you to it.

This is creepy. Have the bouncer make sure you get in the car. At most clubs the bouncer took a flashlight to make sure a customer was not in the car (this happened to another dancer)then made sure I got in and locked my car before he walked away.

don't dick around in a strip club parking lot. plug in your ipod, light your cigarette, and drive off.
also, tell mgmt that this guy tried to _______________.
if you're ever being followed home, drive right to the police station, not home. call the non-emergency police line during your drive, tell them you're being followed by *car description here*, that he has followed you from work at *strip club name here*

police are helpful in real time. it's really hard for them to do things after the fact but if you're on the phone with them and telling them you are in fear for your life or whatever, they will be helpful. they know that dancing is a high risk job. they aren't going to tell you to go to church and that you deserve what you get.

report it to management so that it will be documented in case he tries something like this again. I don't know your finances but I have a cheap car (my old one before I got a new one) that I use to drive to work so that no one will know my real car. If you can afford it maybe you can get a crap car for work so that nobody will know your real car.

Now of course two cars won't stop anybody from following you but it will make it harder for someone to spot you when you're just out around town. It creates a little confusion, kind of like taking different routes to get home which is also a good idea.

Also like others have said: DON'T lounge around in the parking lot. one of the top 3 strip club safety rules

I don't mean to scare you, but with a license plate number, he has the ability to find a lot, depending on what kind of databases he may have access to and his determination/resourcefulness. For example, my sister is in law school and the databases available to her from that and her job would allow her to find out quite a bit about you, not that she's the type to abuse it. Alternatively, I once had someone send me a printed list of every registered vehicle at my home, as well as when it was bought, along with the tax info for my home, etc, just to intimidate me. Nine times out of ten, these guys won't do shit once you call them out, but don't give him a chance to prove himself otherwise.

^^ That's true as well. If they have a connection to the legal/law enforcement field they could find out where you live.

Creepy isn't it? Yep this happened to a dancer I was working with. I know I've mentioned the one dancer who had a customer follow her home and when she was getting ready for bed he crawled in her bedroom window. The sad reality is the clubs indirectly encourage these guys because most dancers don't want to offend them if they are paying customers and some of them get the wrong ideas.

Everything these girls say is correct and will keep you safe. Most of all you need to tell management whats going on and that he creeps you out. See if he can be banned from the club. Yes it is buisness but if you work in a club that gets good buisness there will be ten other customers for hat bad one that gets kicked out from the club for good. If your club is a good club they will listen to you and handle the problem bc they value u as a dancer. My old club before I got pregnant was very good with security. And the outside was well lit with cameras in parking lot with constant survellience. And if the club doesnt help you try to find a new club further away or find out his info and get a ro put on him. Really its your safety at risk. Do what you feel is the right thing to do. Just be safe. And being a bitch may help but if this guy is nuts than doing that could piss him off and cause more problems for you. Carry mace or a stun gun. Protect yourself. And dont be scared to let it be known what is happening to you. Just because you are a dancer doesnt mean that you dont have the same rights others do.

Wow stalker! If he is good, he can find out anything by the license plate. Could you carpool with another girl, or trade your car in for another one, or get a gun or something? Dangerous situations with stalkers don't happen very often, it doesn't even happen every year, but all it takes is once ever, to really fuck up your life.

It happened with me several times...
What i do is take one of my co-workers along with me and drop her to her House, so that way i get a company back to house and get one more witness (God Forbid's if anything bad happens)....
