I just checked Queued Banners on stores I manage and neither has anything in it. Looks like something else broke.

What's worrying me the most though is the double order/cart bug has been resulting in quintuple, up to septuple in bugged orders! All stores are getting hammered by refunds from it the past few days.
That's going to scare off hard earned customers!

And what sucks is that we're not getting e-mail notifications of sales so I have no idea if I'm getting double, triple, quadruple of the same orders.

I have no idea what happened, but c4s is absolutely dead for me and has been for a while. ALL of my other sites are doing even better than usual, so what is happening!? My hits are down too. This is gonna be my worst month in years!

Sales? Yes. Sales emails? no. Refunds too, because I've also had a few duplicate orders.

Anyone post an update today? How long did it take to see it in your store. According to the times of clips posted on the main page, it looks like they stopped updating about an hour ago.

Just to update everyone:

I spoke to Neil pretty extensively 6-weeks ago via email, rasing all the constant ongoing issues, and asked him bluntly & directly if the reason why c4s is failing to resolve these issues is due to either financial problems prohibiting them from being able to afford to do so/or simply due to a lack of interest by c4s following their partnership with MindGeek.


I was told, directly by Neil, that:

*The automated sales tweets will be resolved.
(They made an attempted to re-launch that feature 2-weeks later, but as you're all aware it didn't work, and there has been no update since in regards to it being fixed).

*That the constant error, literally every single day with ''selecting an image from clips to be the display image'' will be resolved. | I suggested simply making it so we can upload a JPG ourself, rather than having to ''select a frame from the video''.
(That error hasn't been fixed, 2-months after him stating it would be)

*Was told that the huge amount of content being hosted, which is a direct violation of c4s's own policies (and far more importantly the policy of the credit-card processing companies which we as store owners rely on), content including implied scat / implied incest... ect, would all be removed.
(None of the 2,600+ clips, viewable simply by a basic keyword search, have been removed! Meaning the CC companies are well within their rights to just terminate all use of CC processing on the platform, like they did to pornhub, due to their inaction & failure by c4s)


So the bottom-line is whilst c4s/Neil may say whatever we want to hear (when chased-up about issues), the reality is they are either just too lazy and/or too technically incapable of actually fixing any of these issues.

I don't understand - this is literally how I get a display image for each clip, by uploading my own JPG. This is how I have always done it, and still do.

The ''rollover clip-image'' is different to the ''upload jpeg'' option when creating a new clip.

The ''rollover clip image'' is the display image which is shown as the thumbnail for your clip to everyone who views it in the category.
Wheras if when creating a clip, you choose to upload a display image, that will mean you only have a static image (rather than a .gif) when someone views the clip in your store itself.
*Moreover I'm not sure if that actually is the display image for the clip when viewed in the catergory, or if c4s still assign it a random image, meaning you have to manually use the ''rollover image function'' to select the image you want to be shown.

Anyone else having problem with in-store search? I'm putting in exact titles and they're still not showing up.

Direct links still work, the clips are active and show up on the main site search.

I wish they would let us know a little more ahead of time about the monthly feature/hashtag promoted clips section what it will be. I record everything so far in advance I thought I would have something to fit somewhat into whatever tag they did. Then they did that 'wear purple' month, I had no purple outfit clips!! How lame of me. Now this 1 being naked will be easier to get a clip on.

Yep, same. As I use this often and have hundreds of clips, it is super annoying not to be able to find them easily.
Also, sales emails - haven't been getting them for years and gave up fixing it (always answered with the "been sent to the programmers" message). Then suddenly, a sales email today. One. Have sold several clips lol.

And yes, also having previews showing off to the side. Hopefully customers won't think this is an error with the clip. AND double clip orders. I haven't been refunded with those yet so this will probably create errors with the upcoming payout. And yeah, uploading took me 8 (!) hours with the last clip. I live in a city and my internet is fast, so it's not on my end. After three days it is still not showing in its category.

Everytime I start thinking about making clips full time, I am reminded it would be too frustrating.

Did you all get ur monthly payouts? We r supposed to receive it within 7th of every month, but unfortunately i still did not receive it. Never happened before, i always received it well ahead of time Is it just me who did not receive?

Looks like the hit counter in the admin area is broken. I went to bed with it saying 0 hits, I've got up to find it still says 0 hits. And the graph is blank.


EDIT: and it's fixed now.

It failed to post a previously scheduled clip for me this morning. When I logged in later in the day, the clip was marked Inactive.
Right now, I can't even get in to the admin.

I've got mine yesterday (wire transfer I am from Europe), but I also always got mine well ahead of the time. Maybe the delay is because of the Easter holidays? Either way you should contact the support, they even put the message lately in our admin area about that.

I contacted they just said to wait for some days dont know whats happening!

Yes for me too, all my future activation clips from 7th and 8th have been marked inactive, now that i checked i saw and then when i publish it now, it shows up as it was scheduled on that date. Guess i will have to delete and reupload republish them all
