That's the thing that makes this contest seem so strange to me! Most of us try so hard for consistency, right? We try to have a stash of clips built up so that we can ration them out and keep updating steadily. And then this contest comes along, and offers us the chance to trade all of our advance planning for a chance at $500. How could that be worthwhile, when compared to the benefits of consistent updates?!

Maybe they started uploading them right after this contest was announced and set their clips for future activation at the days of the contest (but only clips UPLOADED between 24th and 29th take part in this, and I think a lot of the studios didn't understand that, to be fair I also asked support about it)
I have clips still in review that I uploaded on Nov 1st and Oct 31st that have not been approved so to see that makes me want to just give up on this site altogether
May I please share a little story and thought with you?
Being too active in an insular community like some fetish clip sites will make you forget that something like gooning is still, for the most part, an unusual and niche fetish that doesn't have (immense) mainstream appeal. An ecosystem like this keeps selecting for consumers who have an extreme level of porn consumption, and creators who produce content for said extreme consoomers, which attracts more of said consumers. Quite a few of these people aren't the type of people who simply enjoy their fantasy and them simply go about their business, though some certainly are. There are enough people who actually display the extreme behavior described in clips: of basically ultra gooning for far longer than they can afford, or is good for them.
I remember, amused but horrified, that one time this guy told me the wonderful story about how his last Goddess, oh and, this was a guy from Israel - how his last Goddess "kept him in Goonschwitz by making him lock himself in his room and masturbating all weekend long, never leaving the room, eating nutella and defecating in a bucket", and I was just like "woah, woah, woah, woah. Woah. Did you just say the fucking words "Goonschwitz" to me with every expectation that I should just be totally okay with that?" And I pretty much had knowledge that he was quite literally doing as he said.
Sometimes it feels like in the age of RACK there is no more time to just take a step back and say something along the lines of "this is all fantasy, with me you'll be in safe hands, please consume responsibly". Even in a video. Why shouldn't I say this, though? The health and wellbeing of my customer is more valuable than interrupting his fantasy for 30 seconds.
There is nothing wrong with gooning fantasies in and of itself and all that - but people shouldn't spend away all their familiy wealth in the name of findom, develop a real crippling porn addiction in the name of gooning, seriously harm themselves in the process of cumming. Might be my educational background, but often I feel as though I can see right through these people, and what I do see is that they are seriously fucking unwell, and should stop watching porn, and I know fully well that if I say something - they'll simply go to someone else.
I can see why a guy would think it's hot when a FinDomme says he'll be eating Ramen and she'll bleed him dry and so on and so forth, because it implies an extreme level of exploitation and he likes his agency taken away - though I find the concept of selling findom to the socioeconomically disadvantaged a little weird: My ideal findom customer is certainly NOT eating Ramen. I'm 'stealing' his stock portfolio, not gas-station paycheck. If the guy is maxing out credit cards he needs a different fetish.
Anyways. Man: I can not be happy in any way when I remind myself of all the people who have literally ruined their lives. Literally literally. Quite often, of course, those who have this sort of fetish but not a lot of disposable income. I seriously miss talking to a guy who just has a fantasy and is happy to see it fulfilled. Sometimes it feels like everybody who messages me is, for lack of a better word, a coomer.
I understand your thoughts. Do I feel ok doing this, knowing some people spend way too much money on this when they should see a therapist or spend time with their family/friends instead? And personally I figure... well yes.
It is impossible for me to know the state of a specific customer. I have to trust they ARE responsible. I do believe the vast majority is. Even if a customer shares details with me, I have no way of knowing what's true and what is trolling, and what is just dwelling in their fantasy. I have the choice to reply or not, but I don't think anything I say change their lives significantly (of course I wouldn't say obvious potentially harmful things directly to a person who seems unstable, but you NEVER know what might trigger someone)
Neither do I think including "consume responsibly" would mean anything to someone already past that. And I can't promise anyone they are in safe hands with me. My intention is not to hurt anyone, but once my clip is out there I don't have any control over how it's used or interpreted. If a certain fetish makes you uneasy and question yourself, I suggest you try others. But I think any of them has potential to be problematic to specific individuals.
The concerns you have applies to pretty much any hobby, online phenomenon, or anything you can spend too much money on. People have died of dehydration playing video games. Are the game companies responsible for this? I don't think so. People have attributed their psychosis to celebrities, TV series, music. Are those responsible? Of course not. Porn industry I feel has an obligation to minimize harm on both consumers and producers, but to ensure that to 100% would make a very boring world. It is painfully obvious though, that profit is the priority and any "aid" or regulation is just makeup, I do feel there could be so much more done. I think the industry, as well as societies' failure to help individuals, is the aim where raising one's voice can make a difference.
Btw what is "age of RACK"?![]()

"Age" of RACK? RACK has been around forever like SSC and YKIOKMKIOK (your kink is ok, my kink is ok).
These guys are consenting ADULTS. It's not our job or responsibility to police their choices or be their therapists. Like Alyssa mentioned, there is no way to tell what they say is true or not (or an attempt at manipulation). Part of being an adult is being responsible for the choices one makes. And those type of guys SEEK out the fetishes/content they want. No one is preying on them. They aren't victims.
The tobacco industry doesn't care, or liquor stores, casinos, credit card companies, etc.
Personally, I don't engage with guys/customers who seem to have destructive energy. It's not my thing.
I'm hoping that it'll be back up so quickly that it'll make me look foolish for bothering to make this post... but is the admin dashboard down for anyone else?
Edit: back up 10 minutes later!

You can't post external links in descriptions, but you can in your store description (top of the page though one has to scroll to see it) I also include my email in the last frames of clips - not future proof though.
C4S does not have a custom system. You will find top studios openly announce they take tributes as custom payments, though this is not allowed. So, either only top studios get away with this because they bring in more money, or it is another rule C4S has formally but don't really act on. You decide.
Other options are to redirect redirect them to another site that has custom systems such as IWantClips or Manyvids. Or take a gift card. I've upgraded my camera equipment with amazon giftcards. Biggest advantage is you don't have to give any cut away. Another option is to put the finished clip up for the custom price and lower it once the custom customer has bought it - BUT to me this doesn't look professional + _always_ take custom payments in advance.
Bit of an inside baseball question here, but what kind of watermarks do you guys use for your previews? I'm currently doing a pretty in-depth moving GIF (2-3 second clips of every scene, showing all the scenes and angles in the clip, portraying the narrative chronologically, and even including very short clips of any explicit scenes so they know what my body looks like etc.). And I put a HUGE watermark on the GIF. Like, comically large, right in the middle. That way, the GIF gives the guy a really good idea of the video and whether he'll want to buy it, but because of the lack of sound and the huge watermark, it would be (I think) pretty difficult to jerk off to. Then I do a short 5-15 second preview video of just 1 or 2 sentences from 1 scene, just to prove that the video has decent quality sound, to show them how my voice/accent sounds if they haven't bought from me before, and to show the quality of the video (because the quality shown in the GIF is very degraded by the compression). This works well for me, but my question is, what watermark should I use on the free preview? I've just been keeping the tiny watermark that's in the actual video, so that the customer has an idea of what the actual video will look like. But the older I get, the more angry I get about people jerking off to GIFs/previews without paying, and people screen recording my previews and posting them on forums etc. for wank fodder. So now I'm worried that maybe I should put a huge watermark on the preview as well as the GIF? But then I worry that the customer will think that huge watermark is in the video itself, which would completely put them off buying! Thoughts?
I do gif and preview exactly like you, except with my workflow the watermark isn't in the gif. I now realize it definitely should, and even a bigger one as you suggest. As you say, I think for some customers audio is very important, many say they love my accent. The preview is also backup for those who don't realize gif:s are compressed (I don't get how some studios have super quality AND decent length in their gif:s? I've never found a gif maker that wouldn't exceed mb limit doing this).
I comfortably just choose one of the suggested previews (10 seconds in, half in etc) or if these are not good, use preview maker. I choose a snippet that represents the AUDIO in the clip well, not giving away money shots, as the gif represents the visuals. People wank off to anything lol, but in that case, I don't think they would have bought the clip anyway. That said, I don't think adding a huge watermark on the preview is a bad idea. If it is obviously big and in the middle, probably very few would think it's in the clip.
Seems like compliance is getting even more strict now. They must be using real humans to listen to the audio on the videos or the AI is really good.
Hows it going saleswise for all of you? Its too slow for me since December 1st. Anybody else facing same issue? Or is it just me?
It's been slower than I would like across the board, c4s, IWC, MV, OF. Starting to pick up a little. Could be people just paid rent/mortgage, and maybe they spent a lot for the Black Friday sales and are wary of spending more before the holidays. As SWers we are always wondering this lol
I wonder if a lot of customers are burned out from the big sale too.

It's slow for me too on all the sites. November was a really good month for me. I really hope it picks up. I try not to let it get to me but I've been working really hard on clips. Do you all check sales as soon as you wake up? lol. I do this and I need to stop. If sales are slow, it effects my mood and then I don't want to shoot.
