    In the past you had to tick a box to subscribe to the newsletter on checkout, I don't think you can subscribe otherwise.

    It seems that clips still randomly dissapears :/ I uploaded a clip on the 9th of April, and it went live, it wasn't set for the future activation, I checked it right away and was relieved that it was showing on the site. Today I checked it again since I was surprised by a lack of sales (that clip was the type that always sells in my store right away) and it's gone. So even when we see a clip on the site after we post it there is no guarantee that it will stay there. I am really concerned, since even though I use other sites to sell my clips, there is no way that other sites would give me the money that I was making on c4s :/

    I have an "audio only" store on MV. You only have to convert your audios to video with a pic to show. I sell very good on there, not as good as on C4S, but still. It's a nice egg

    This feels like it's becoming more and more wide spread, might be a topic for the webinar/speakeasy since so many are running in to it now.

    Yes it happened AGAIN yesterday. My newest milf clip had disappeared and it was there two days ago. I contacted support like I usually do and they told me they would refresh so my clip would be available shortly. Their attitude almost seems like "yep this is just a part of the process now". This is what is seems like to me since every single time I've asked if it's getting fixed they ignore the question. First few time I was told they are escalating to IT Team. Now no response. At least humor me and say we're working on it. This is obviously happening to a lot of studios.

    This is why I'm surprised more people aren't talking about it. It's still happening to me too. The last email said they were escalating it to the IT team-but that was over a week ago. I had a at least 3 clips disappear last week. I'm going to keep posting but I'm starting to give up on C4S. I feel like I have to look at other options at this point. It's so frustrating because I love C4S.

    I asked for a follow up since it had been nearly 2 weeks since they were escalating it to the IT team and reassurance that it was being worked on. I had a response that says they are aware of the problem, it's a widespread issue affecting many studios and they are working tirelessly on it. I continue to have issues with disappearing clips and clips that never show. I take back what I said about it being queued clips as I'm no longer queuing and it is happening to all clips.

    So I told you here about my clip, after that I contacted support, they "refreshed" my studio and my clip showed up in the category. Today I checked it again, and it's missing. Now I feel like posting new clips is pointless, if my clips are disappearing even after they put them on the list.

    I know, it's very frustrating, Lilly. I'm trying to work hard to get ready for some big bills coming up this month and this really hurts my business. Wasting time watching clips and emailing support, and releasing stuff that doesn't get the full promotion it should. I'm doing some promotions on other clip sites, and other sales, promoting my other eggs but Clips4sale is about 75% of my income. It hurts. Having auto tweets work again helps me with sales and visibility, I'm posting more on my blog and sending out newsletters and sometimes emails from the c4s site to let customers know I've released new content. If we can get eyes directly on our page, knowing we are updating, that helps. But from my Google Analytics data, 85% of eyes on my clip store are from new customers. That's a lot to miss out on

What I loved in c4s was that I just simply uploaded my clips and do nothing besides that :p I have a second store that wasn't updated for 2 years and I still get money from that store, not much, but still, the money that can pay my bills, and all of that with no promotion from my side. I just wish they could be more honest with us, since without us there is no c4s. This problem is running for some time I wish that they would at least put some messages in our admin, it would just feel right, knowing that they are treating us seriously.

    I know it is a lot of extra work. Online SW used to be more rewarding with less effort, for sure. I was a cam girl in the days before free chat was necessary, before free porn on tube sites, lol! I appreciated the post and go no fuss c4s and hopefully we will get back there. But personally, I don't trust any sites, so many have gone down due to losing their payment processors, I don't feel safe not having an internet presence elsewhere so customers can find me if my main sites go dark. So it's grind and hustle, sigh. Hopefully things stabilize and get easier, somehow.

    Many of my clips have gone missing once again. Like you, my main income is also from C4S. I have been on there eight years and do not have a social media presence at all. I really should though there's really no excuse but I procrastinate. I upload my clips onto C4S and I get good sales. I also sell my clips on IWC and XHamster premium but nothing comes close to my C4S income. Then again, I don't have nearly as many clips on the other sites as I do C4S. This whole disappearing clips issue is maddening but my studio is always visible in the Top 10 (but it fluctuates) categories lists so at least customers see me. If this wasn't the case though, OMG I would be freaking out! Because how else would my store be seen?! They REALLY need to fix this asap.
    You're right about them at least sending out a newsletter in our admin. Even to say there is no fix yet but they are working hard to fix the issue.

    I think the disappearing, reappearing then disappearing again is the most frustrating since by the time they check the ticket, they see the update showing. Then it's gone again!

    I thought about this lately too! The industry is changing like all things do. Its good and bad. Good because more ways for us to make money but bad because more effort to do so LOL now you get on cam all users expect you to have an account everywhere, all social media, apps, tons of content etc...

    Usually there are no days notice and it pops up on the 2nd. Be nice if there was a pinned announcement of all the upcoming themes so we could get clips ready for them instead of scrambling during the month.

    I feel like it is. I think this has been going on since January at least? My clips are disappearing and then appearing again too. I'm just posting in multiple formats and hoping for the best. I really hope they fix it, but it's been months.

    Does tributes help with ranking? I used C4S as a processor for several cam shows last month as well as video sales and my ranking dropped to 8k & something which is lower than it has ever been.

    No, they do not. The Top 50 rankings are calculated by our sales only.
