It occurred to me today that literally everything is costing me more yet I've been charging $1 / min for premade videos for over ten years now.

I'm raising all my premade videos to $1.50 / minute. (would like to do $2 / min but I didn't want to make a huge jump). I'm going to stick with that for awhile and see how it goes.

Exactly this. I've been in the internet sex industry for a long ass time (nearly 2 decades) and whenever porn sites make big changes on their websites (namely clip sites and especially cam sites) there are usually glitches for months. I imagine they had to rush to make the site compliant and something got broken in the meantime. Also didn't Modelcentro buy them around this period too?

We do not. Lord knows wtf is going on. I'm also frequently getting server overloaded messages for the past few months when I go to post a clip, luckily it saves the data, I thought it was just my connection, but idk anymore.

Update missing from the Female Boxing category again, and the #2 and #3 stores' updates appear to be missing as well, since they usually do once a week but aren't appeared in the updated studios list.

It is beyond frustrating at this point. C4S has changed ever since Neil stepped down. I'm still updating...the clips disappear and then appear again. I'm not sure what to do other than post and hope for the best. The preview images (under recently updated) still looks awful too.

Stats are back! At least for the month of May, I wasn't able to go further back. And wow...they seem a lot lower than they used to be. I'm seeing 1/3 of the hits c4s normally shows (though there was always a discrepancy between what c4s showed as hits and Google Analytics, I'm about to compare now and see).

My "global hits this month" section has been back since late April (although I'm not sure how much I trust the accuracy; at first it was displaying hits for several days in the future) but the sections below that are still blank. The "traffic listings"/"top referring sites" section is the one I'd really like back.

Is your whole stats page working again, or just the "global hits this month" graph at the top?

Have you all received your payouts for this month? I am asking for a friend, my payout was on time but she's still waiting for her money (we're both located in Europe and using a wire transfer). I contacted the support ( since I am helping her with running her store) and they state that on their end everything should be fine, and she should receive the money on time, I even sent them her bank statement for two months to prove that there was no wire from them this month...( and I really felt like a thief, when this guy asked me if I am sure that there was no wire from them. Well, it's not that hard to notice when you're not a millionaire that your account is almost empty). Now they asked me to wait because they gonna investigate the payment but judging from the tone that the guy I was talking to was using it could be a long wait :/

I've been thinking the same thing lately. Everything is more expensive but my prices have stayed the same. I even take off a couple dollars if my clip is 18 or more minutes long. I start to doubt myself and think maybe they won't buy if it's too much money. Otherwise my regular clips are $1/minute. My customs are still $10/minute. If it's a long time customer I will usually do a discount. Most of the time they tip me so it evens out.
I haven't changed any of my rates but definitely thinking about it. I'm nervous lol.

I have to say, even with all the disappearing clips and the rest of the ups and downs, my sales have been the best they've ever been these past few months. I'm not doing anything different. Hoping it stays this way.

Hey ladies...I wanted to share my input. Like many of you I upload onto C4S and my clips disappear. I contact support and its the same thing....they will let the tech team know blah blah blah. Clips back up and then disappear again. It's very frustrating because C4S is a great place to make easy clips fetish clips that actually sell. I like not needing to do special effects or anything crazy. Like why does MV and IWC not have this issue, ya know? Part of me wants to be a real condescending b*tch and tell them look you guys take a huge % of our income and yet can't get your act together but I bite my tongue. I figure if this is happening to others they must be getting enough emails of concerns and hopefully the pressure will push them into a solid solution that sticks. I also started out many years ago (when Ifriends and phone encounters was around). I never needed a social media and quite frankly hate social media. I'm not good at social media and when I try places like twitter restrict my posts. Then of course I compare those who have like 20k followers in less than a year and I'm like how the hell does that even happen!? As well how come some can have their bits and peices exposed and not be restricted but others will be so tame and poof post is restricted. It seems like this non stop battle....damed if you do, damed if you don't. I prefer to just make clips, upload, not talk to customers unless its a custom order. Camming is ok but there is so many scammers, abusers, cheapos and entitled guys who want so much for so little. Even if you arn't on one of those free chat/preview sites.....if they can figure out how to communicate with you there's gonna be some sort of bs. Doing just clips is more work but imo less stress, and better for mental health. My fingers are crossed C4S will get their act together.

Maybe pressure during the webinars will help. If a few people are on and point out the issue, others may start checking, see it affects them too and add to the pressure.

C4S's productive traffic is a major thing it has over competitors or trying to run a site yourself. This bug really hurts that!

Oh I don't feel alone at all thanks to this forum....if I wasn't reading all these posts I sure would though. I used to love C4S when Neil was around but now I have no idea what's going on with support. This clip disappearing stuff is getting annoying, ya know? For the last 3 days I've been emailing support about it. They say its fixed, I go look and my clip still isn't there. I write another 3 emails, poof clip up. Wait a few hours, clip down. It's just hard not to get angry when your finances are basically get fucked with. I always use my mass email but that is only so good.

Social media is ok at best but has never had the impact that uploading and being visible on a paid site has. I agree with feeling like no one looks on social media in my experience too....but I think its because Twitter keeps on shadow banning and marking my posts as sensitive. It's like paddling up a shallow stream and rocks.

My hope is that with all of us experiencing the same bs and I'm sure there is way more who aren't on this forum that are contacting C4S with frustration just pushes them to do something solid. Fingers crossed for us all.

Right! I was thinking the same a while back but right then the added VAT happened, increasing prices without us getting any more for it. It didn't seem to scare customers off, though it happened to everyone so they didn't have a choice if they want clips. I think for unique studios it would not hurt sales to increase, but I am afraid to. Some of my clips are very unique, but they are also not the most popular fetishes.

Does the preview show in your store?

I wasn't aware of it, but I found out that C4S creates long previews of our clips for the Clips Search part of the website (https://www.clips4sale.com/clips/search#clip-tab). I never look at my clips in that part of the site, so it was a fluke thing I found it. They do not use the .gif previews I created for my store, they create their own. I figured out that if I create and upload my OWN short preview, that is what they will use for the Clips Search page and not create their own.

I also had the preview option shut off and these previews (the ones created by C4S) were not shown in my store, so I guess I assumed it was working. Until I stumbled across my clip previews on the Clips search page.

Maybe some people won't care, but I do. I like to control what the customer gets to see before purchasing the clip, not have C4S take liberties in creating long previews. Some things I don't want shown in the preview, only for paying customers. But creating and uploading my own previews is what 'fixed' that problem. If you don't do that, they will make their own out of your content.

Part of the stats are still down as the upgrade to the system is still ongoing, this is not a bug and there was a studio broadcast message sent out advising all studios of this in March.

This is the annoying ass shit I hate. I asked if I was still not supposed to see stats, acknowledging that I knew I was not able to see them at some point. No shit you told all studios, but why is it that they sent this out in MARCH and now it's almost June and we STILL cannot see stats? Stats are important and relevant to our sales, can I get them back at some point before I reach retirement?

This is just so freakin strange. So I was wondering why my sales are dead today. Not zero sales but very low. So I went to check on my latest clips and of course most of them had disappeared. So I chatted with support (first time, usually I send them an email) and told them the first clip that was missing which was from POV, added yesterday. Mind you, yesterday after it was approved I checked and the clip was under the Recently Updated Studios list, like it should be.
She sent back a screen shot asking "Is this it?" and yep, there it was. I went back to the category because I had gone to other categories checking for other missing clips and sure enough it had appeared again! You literally kinda feel like a crazy person lol. I should of taken a screen shot also, showing the missing clip.

So, I told her about another missing clip. This time I double checked and the clip was STILL not there. I waited another minute, then it showed up. Of course she messages me back saying she sees it on her end.

OMG. It's insanity. Then she starts saying about how "Since there are a lot of studios and they are also updating from time to time, that may have caused the glitch since when new clips are added, the older clips are also moved". I'm pretty sure she's referring to how my studio moves down the list and eventually unless I update, it falls off the list because the list can only show so many. Yes, I know. This is not what i'm talking about. Or someone correct me if I am wrong.

I don't understand lol. I want to laugh but really cry.

Oh look, I have two sales in a row all of a sudden now that my clips have appeared.

They're losing a lot of money too though so I don't know what the holdup is over there.

^ It's like they hired people that just don't care, or are not really familar with the site. You would think they have enough complaints by now, to understand that something is wrong. And my sales are low too. It actually put me in a bad mood earlier lol. I'm still trying to figure out a solution.

Very interesting thanks. Only some of them previews are showing when you look above the gif you can click and it appears. Maybe I manually go back in and turn it off again until I can make new previews but that probably not worth the trouble right now. I had to try 3 brwosers before I could got that page to work at all

I've lost track of all the updates that have disappeared at this point. We're going on 8 months in to this problem with no fix.
