No, not a studio. However, they're pulling really hard for EU girls (i.e. studios) to sign-up. That' a red-flag for me. Tread cautiously.

Meh - I don't like the fact of what this says and the typos...
Are you more than 18 years old ?
You are dreaming:
about high-paid job ?
work just when you wish to ?
impove your spoken english ?
be independent and successful ?
You are artistic, beautiful and liberated ?
This job is for you!
You are welcome to
websupermodels.com
It sounds like a studio aiming at foreign models with that tag line - IMPOVE should be IMPROVE your english - that doesn't even sit well with me.
Not to mention, it seems like this site was just launched - like anyone I'd be iffy.
WSM is a team of young and motivated entrepreneurs who decided make their common project into a success story. We all come from different backgrounds and from various countries (Russia, France, Poland, or even Moldova), but we share a common philosophy : working in the adult entertainment industry does not imply low standards of ethics.
I don't like that either - there's no US based experience or anything listed. From what I hear, those euro models get banged with bullshit by studios over there with scripts and more bullshit.
Another thing - why would they post a Models Manual where EVERYONE can see? Call me crazy - but most sites keep that underwraps. I don't think it's a good idea to just put it out there. I don't care how straight up you are trying to be - that's something between you and employees. It says keep 1-2 days off during the week, but then it stressed to make connections and work 4-5 days a week....hm.
Another thing that gets me....
Say you want to make 2.000 US$ per month. You are Gold and you are able to work from Monday to Friday. Your objective should be to earn at least :
2.000 / 4 = 500 US$ per week
500 / 5 = 100 US$ per day
regarding that you earn 1.5 US$ per minute (Gold Model), such an amount represents :
100 / 1.5 = 75 minutes, or 1h15 of private chat per day !
SO - that means you have to get GOLD status? So, what's the levels to get there? Seems fishy they post a manual and NOT the levels of how you work.
The part where it says BE attractive in FREE CHAT sessions - really? seriously?? Does that mean if you don't look like a Grade A Beef to buy, you aren't going to make $?
Last but not least - During the private chat, time is on your site. Never forget that your primary objective is to keep the chat going, for as long as possible. Tease your client. Dont agree to his demand straight away. Each time he asks you to do something more, ask for one more tip or one more e-flower. Always keep in mind that you want to make as much money as possible. And never show it to your customer. These are the two golden rules of that job.
I don't agree. Normally, the girls I see begging, don't make a thing. We all have OUR ways of keeping it going - but that's out there for the PUBLIC to read. Don't they think guys will see that? I don't see those as golden rules - but rather ones to fail. You guys know as well as I DO - keeping it going to show you are a golddigger brings nothing but douchebags. If you don't do what the client wants - pretty sure he will go somewhere to pay for it and get it when he wants it.
But then they say this before that - It is a difficult balance to strike : do what the client is asking for too early and you will not make as much money as you could. But if you resist too long, he might get fed up and decide to leave the chat altogether. You will need some experience to learn how to manage best these situations.
I don't like it. I cannot give this site a chance when all of the rules of camming are super messed up before they even have anyone to say if it works or not. I don't think this is a good place, especially since it's studio based. You can do all this on MFC without the hassle of a foreign studio....
Then I see the YOUR MONEY section....look at all the work you have to do to get to GOLD. Not to mention they set the prices for you? HELL to the NO. Most of you girls do better on the prices YOU already have that are WAY more than that.... and longer chat bonus of 5%? REALLY?
Cash out MINIMUM
100 USD. But transfer fees (independent of our will) are a fixed 15US$. Therefore, we are presenting our models with the following offer:
You can transfer any amount above 100 USD, but transfer costs remain at your charge.
Above 500 USD, we bear the cost of transfer, and you receive your money for free!
Can I transfer this money on any bank account?
Yes. In russia, or somewhere else. You decide. - RED FLAG.
HA - I love the question - What's the difference with prostitution? Are they expecting to get caught with this somewhere????
There's also an AWFULLY lot of talk about police in the FAQ section....
Red flag after flag.
This site is not worth it...... I see typos, cops, no mention of how much they keep and a whole lot of BS you have to get to before you even make money...sounds like a studio and could be but the push for Euro girls and all this - I don't think it's a good idea.
Just my opinion...you are better off on YOUR OWN or even with MFC, SM or somewhere that isn't them. Sorry but I love looking at new sites and comparing the shitty parts and what ACTUALLY goes on in cam world...not to mention, every guy that comes by that site gets to read that - there goes your game plan because they know what's going on already.
If you are still interested after hearing about girls that work for them later - maybe then...but now after what I just read, absolutely not.

it's definitely a studio, i just can't figure out for which site. maybe naked?
the reason there's so much discussion of police in the faq is because they're marketing to models who live in countries where they can be arrested for doing this work (i.e. romania).
eta: might not be a studio - appears to be linked with stardustwebcams.com which would look almost like a legit new cam site if they had more than one model profile up. still screams "studio" to me, though.

Websupermodels is linked to stardust webcams. I have been asked to join repeatedly via twitter. the site is not up yet, it is supposed to launch early november. as far as the whole 'gold' status and all the ins and outs of income- i know it looks very confusing but i see it as a way for a site to reward models who are online more than others.
i also understand the concern with how public the model info is 'model manual' should not be public but it is the same thing as if you went to streamate and clicked on 'earn up to 10k per week' anyone could see the details required for models.
the site does primarily seem to be focused around non-us models and studios.
i have talked to a few people who work on behalf of wsm and stardust and it seems okay. i saw the screenshot for the aesthetics they are testing and it actually looks promising.
this is just a new site and everyone will have to look it over when it launches.
im still on the fence... i don't like change that much. i am pretty dedicated to sm and i really dont want to try out a new site when the stats aren't even in yet.
For a new site, ANY new site, this kinda thing is a huge red flag to me. Making it costly to withdraw ones earnings (or offering a bonus for agreeing to let the company retain said earnings for longer periods of time) leads me to suspect that the company will be relying upon model earnings to cover immediate operating expenses. That was the reason why I cancelled my membership on SupportMyWish immediately after reading that I'd be charged $25 for every check that would be issued to me...I got a suspicion that the site wasn't premised on a very stable financial plan, and I didn't want my $$$ to be used to cover on-going expenses (I didn't say anything back then cuz i was hella new here, and didn't really feel comfortable offering a contrary opinion on the site at that time, and I'm only just raising it now cuz I didn't feel it would've been helpful to write it in the SMW thread for chicas justifiably angry and upset over losing their hard-earned $$$)
Sending $$$ to models is one of the easiest aspects of running a cam site...if barriers or incentives to prevent/discourage withdrawing funds are put in place, I wouldn't look twice. a total deal-breaker. Just my two cents
peace and $$$
They keep bugging me on Twitter. So many red flags!

Written by someone with broken english themselves. I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole personally.

They have been hitting me up on twitter for months. They are annoying and pushy and the people I have talked with don't know dick about camming. They keep following me, different "models" recruiting for this spectacular new site. I block them.

These people were the main reason I deleted my twitter account.
I got TIRED of people I didn't know fucking me around and bothering me.

This is the perfect site for me to practice my broken English! Sign me up!
You have to weed out the good from the VERY bad. Be careful!
Just because someone doesn't speak/write in English very well does not make them bad or dumb. All it means is speaking another language is hard as fuck unless you grew up doing it or have a natural talent for it.
I don't know anything about this site or who runs it but the EU has a lot of money and customers, so I wouldn't discard it until I've seen the actually site, if it is indeed a site that's going to be launched.
