I had TSS when I was a teenager & if you are feeling ill after this ordeal it would be a good idea to see your GP asap, just in case.

OH Man!!! I never had that but my friend had a condom inside her for a week! She said it was rank when it came out. She was having sex with a guy and noticed there wasn't one and went off on him and kicked him out cause she thought he took it off but it actually came off inside her. She didn't know till it pushed out a week later when she was going to the bathroom.
I think you would feel really sick with TSS not just dizzy. Like fever and stuff. But if you aren't sure go back. If you were feeling not too bad before you realised it might just be psychological.

ive never left it in for that long, but i've definitely left them in 12-24hrs before. non the worse for wear.
that was even with super absorbancy, lol.

I accidentally left one in for a day and a half when I was really sick and out of it. Nothing happened to me, but nine days sounds very questionable. I'd see another doctor if I were you, especially if you think you have a fever.

I left one for a couple of days when I was coked up. My boyfriend at the time wanted to boink and went at it while I was asleep. Long story short, trip to the emergency room and a chuckle by the doctor. I was fine

I left one in for about 9 days give or take, not sure exactly. Found it while masterbating. Thank God I was horny otherwise who knows when I would have noticed. Anway I had no problems and was fine but if your feeling ill....get checked out asap.
Get checked just in case. TSS can be serious, but you might just have a mild infection or it can all just be psychosomatic.
If you are feeling sick you should get check out BUT TSS cases are much less common than they used to be because a few tampon designs and high absorbency tampon materials were also found to have some association with increased risk of TSS so they are no longer used in tampons sold in the U.S.
