Default Moving grainy looking mess on Logitech 9000

I needed to take a few days away from camming due to health reasons. This allowed me some time to work on my cam settings, lighting and other things that I usually neglect. Now I feel like everything is worse, and I did more damage than good.

I caught an Intel dual core processor Dell computer on sale and got it. I have been using one with a Celeron processor and that is not good to use the encoder with. My CPU ran about 90%, but I somehow still managed to spit out decent quality.

NOW, I set my Logi 9000 up on the new laptop and it looks like shit! I also added more lighting to my room, which I dreaded because it got hot enough in here before. I increased my wattage per bulb from 40 watt to 60 watt. I also have two pink bulbs that I had before.

My colors and cam quality are fine. But, on the darker color areas of my scenery, there is a moving graininess on the video. Does anyone know what causes this? I have tried different settings, and moved my lighting around for the past two hours and I cannot get it to go away.

Any tips on how to get rid of the grainy look would be greatly appreciated

Oh my! Now I feel like a klutz. I was increasing light for the most part to rid the problem. Thanks H0ttie!
