Default help another dancer, no house fee?

OK so one of my managers said if I help a specific dancer hustle, and she pays out full house fee, I wouldn't have to pay house fee that night. But that would be between me and him, no other dancer nor other managers.

This dancer is BEAUTIFUL, like for real. Problem is she has a shitty attitude and I hardly ever talk to her.

Should I agree to this deal? Or not? If this girl learns to hustle she will clean house, no question. I'm leaving to Japan soon, so I'm not worried about that too much LOL.

    Anyways, what would you do?

shoot that's kind of a hard one, but if you're leaving soon id do it. plus its hard to change a bad attitude so who's to say she really would bank afterwards.

If she's unpleasant & you don't want to directly help her then why not just try for double VIP's instead? That way hopefully she will make the house fee, the manager will assume you helped her & you won't need to worry about paying your house fee that night. But if you are not looking at returning to the club, you could genuinely help her-it's really up to you, whether it will compromise your earning potential for that night & you whether or not you feel comfortable working with this person for a shift.

You say it's just between you and the manager, but will the other dancer be in on it too? If not, she might just think you're being a bitch trying to tell her what to do (especially since you're not even friends where it may come across more as helpful advice), and that may not go over so well. Strippers tend to not like to be told what to do!

I'm also curious as to why the manager wants this specific dancer to be able to pay her house fee and why he specifically wants you to be the one to "teach" her how to do it. I you're probably a good hustler and maybe she never makes her house fee, but this just seems so involved for management.

Unless the girl asked me for help, I would keep out of it. Seems like this could cause more drama than I'd want to deal with just to save a few bucks.

She has major earning potential, and I'm a pretty good hustler. We have very few dancers able to pay house, and he wants girls able to pay (there's many problems;I don't want to go into them here). She would know I've been asked to help her. If she doesn't want help, I won't bother.

I would offer her help. If she's doing that bad she might appreciate a few tips.

However if she continued to have a shitty attitude whilst you're trying to help I wouldn't bother.

Is it a matter of helping her sell, or teaching her to sell?
The former would be at less risk to you and your friends, but if the latter, just be careful not to teach her everything you knOw.

yeah, teaching her to sell. She has no hustling skills at all.

If you're leaving you really have nothing to lose either way IMO. I'd probably try and help. Who knows maybe she could change.

Dude where are you working that no one's making enough to pay house fees? Is the club doing that badly?

Yes. Even top earners are struggling. We have a $110 house fee, plus dance cuts on private rooms and some dances.

I wouldn't waste my time. If she doesn't take direction and ends up not paying out in full, you will have wasted either part of or your whole shift when you could have been making your own money.

It's management's job to train girls anyway. Sounds like they're pawning off their responsibilities.
