I was just curious to know how much weight you've lost since you started dancing?
When I first started dancing I was about 115 and in okay shape (I'm 5'2)...I put on about 19lbs from drinking too much at work and eating the worst food on the planet....but now that I've cut out drinking alcohol at work, changed my dancing style, and my diet; I'm now down to 113. I've toned up quite a bit (I notice the changes mostly in my stomach and thighs).
Mainly was curious to see if among a bunch of us there would be an overall average![]()
