    Default My Knees!

    Ok so I know a lot of you ladies st in chairs or lay on a bed or couch but a lot of my cam show is done on my knees because guys like to see my boobies bouncing like I'm riding them plus it makes me look the thinnest and is easiest to transition into go time from free chat. An hour in my knees are always killing me. I try to take breaks and stretch them out between but they are always killing me to the point of me having to cut my sessions short. I'm only 23 so I dont think I have bad knees lol and stretching doesn't help. Any other tips or trick for old lady knees from camming? lol

    Do you have hardwood floors, or rough carpet? That's my problem. Try to kneel on something soft, like a pillow or towel. Or one of those plush blankets.

    Pillows are good. Also I've seen gel mats, maybe getting one of those would help. When you're not on cam, heating pads are nice on sore knees.

    You're not old, knees are a vulnerable spot, I sit cross legged & I'm have probs, mainly due to the cooler temps/high humidity. I don't have much to offer in help, but I try to massage mine when I can

    Yeah I do a lot of stuff on my knees too cause its a good angle for me, and I am not old only 24 but my knees ache and pop all the time these days >.<; my mom suggested a joint support pill, all thats in it is glucosamine, tumeric, chondroitin, and MSM. I take it once a day and have been for about a month and have had a lot less issues with pain and soreness. You might want to give a joint supplement a try.

    I'm going to have to try this. I cam from my living area floor, and my knees get sore quick. I usually drag over a couch cushion and throw a towel or blanket over it, and sometimes switch position for a while so they can see my legs a bit while I stretch them out. I'm thinking about doing clothed sun salutations in free chat when I'm sore, I know my fans will like it =]

    Definitely use a blanket or pillow (or wear kneepads under thick socks....they'll never know!)...other than that, check your nutrition and make sure you are getting enough good oils, try to keep the temp in your room warm and consistent, and take loooong hot baths (doesn't do a lot, but DAMN it feels good!).

    And if its cutting your time short - just change position!!! You may love being on your knees (gigidy) but if you get tired, I'll bet you'll make more money lying on your stomach than you will not being on at all!

    Im having the same problem but with my elbow from laying on my side and propping myself up with my elbow and forearm i even have a rough dry skin patch next to my elbow ouch its hurts im constantly putting moisturizer on it lol
    its so weird! i need an elbow pad!

    epsom salt baths! and maybe doing it on a mattress or a bed if you can? i have a lot of problems with osteoarthritis and other chronic pain issues but although i do a lot of shows on my knees, i don't actually get issues with my knees that much because i kneel on my bed. myoflex creme (cvs/walgreens/wal-mart carries it) and any kind of creme with arnica in it (usually sold in the arthritis/joint health section at health food stores) will help with the discomfort. nsaids might help too if you can take them.

    laying in one postion such as on your arm/elbow or constantly being on your knees will develop stage 1 pressure ulcers. It's the beginning stages of skin breakdown and usually affects bony processes, so quit spending most of your time on those joints/areas and the skin will heal itself...(my nursing advice for the week)

    I was getting pressure sores on my left elbow from always laying on my side in free chat, sitting up in a chair or on the couch during free chat has cured it

    Thanks for all the advice ladies =) Its actually not sore from the pressure of being on them but sore from just being in a bent position for a long period of time. I sit Indian style/pretzel so I can easily get up on my knees when I get taken into private. Within an hour it feels sore from just having them bent that long whether its sitting down or up on my knees or doggy. Its really weird. I know its a little hard to explain over a message. I stretch them out straight ever now and again but cant stay that way cause it makes me hunch over and look frumpy on cam lol. I will definitely try the pills and thanks again to everyone else who has lent there advice =)

    Oooh...Arnica is awesome - reduces inflammation so well! You can also take it as a supplement as well as using it as an external cream.
