Default Classy or All Out Stripper

Okay so I just started dancing last monday. Ever since I started everyone tells me oh your so innocent your so sweet your so classy stuff along those lines being said as a complement but I have got a few "why do you work here, your not stripperish" or whatever. Im more quiet but I go talk to people and hustle dances and everyone loves them. SO I guess what Im getting to is... Did the more classy, sweet, innocent, quiet thing work for you or did you have to sort of break out and go for the whole outgoing, fun, stripper persona? I hope this makes sense... TIA

I've been dancing almost a year, travel across the midwest between 5 or so clubs and I get this ALL THE TIME, funniest part being i dress in "Dominatrix" style outfits, mostly black, some leather, long dark hair, lots of tats... I assume its because I'm young.... And youll always get guys "Wanting to save you/your to good for this blah blah blah" jst smile, be nice, take there money and move on to someone more enjoyable...

Oooh I hate this. I used to get it all the time and I personally found it worked against me. Yet I see some of my girl friends who can pull it off and still make lot's of money. Some girls can own it but I found whether or not I was trying to break free from that look/vibe I gave people or whether years of dancing took that away, I do better without it.

I think almost every girl is subjected to this annoying dialogue when they're just starting out.

^I feel like it worked against me too. I'm naturally an introvert so it was tough to break that vibe.

This question is hard to answer because you've not been dancing that long. That's like dating a guy for a week and asking if you think you'll be married in a couple of years.

Classy is my style. Im sure you'' find your own
the best thing about a stripping (well one of them) is seeing different personalities. I sure you'll start to find what you like and it will become a style of your own.

I've been dancing five years and I'm the shy, socially awkward type. To make up for it I work hard to have an interesting stage routine (the guys love the pole tricks) and then just be my sweet, quiet self. I definitely don't make as much as some of the more outspoken girls, but I do well enough. The regular customers I have really seem to appreciate me for me and I like that. Its a good thing too because I wouldn't be able to fake being outgoing, wild stripper type even if my life depended on it, lol.

you could be on six different drugs and men would still tell you that "you're too good for this, why don't you _____________?"

it happens to all of us. there are several websites that suggest men use this line in a strip club to get dancers to date them.

I do classy/girl next door with a slight touch of stripper thrown in. Works best for me.

Try different looks and such. You'll find one that works best for you.

I tried the whole classy look. Wearing corsets and had silk handkerif to sit on. Decided to revamp my whole style and went fully out stripper. Long straight hair, crazy revealing outfits that barly cover anything and my earnings increased. I still get the your too cute to work here crap but normally i cut the guy short when he starts going off and say either "well i need to pay my bills" or "yes well are you going to take me for a dance or not" works for me.

If that's who you are, fantastic! But at the same time, act 'expensive' (even if - like me - you're a modest, low-maintenance person in reality) and act like they are privileged to have your company, and that it is worth every cent and more.

I'm an 'all-out' crazy party girl stripper, just because that's who I am. I was always the centre of attention, dirty-talking, and had a trashy chic style, long before I stripped. I like to look as stripperish as possible at work - I feel too much like plain old tomboy me if I don't tan and wear neon pink, etc. Also, I find that even educated men mostly come to strip clubs to unwind, so they want to escape from reality. And spending time with a ditsy, fun-loving girl is like a breath of fresh air after a long day or week of work. But I am educated and can hold a conversation about more serious matters, so I will oblige when I sense that my customer is turned on my a smart girl.

In short, keep doing what you're doing if you feel right. Most men love a classy, nice girl. But just gently remind them that your time is valuable and that you're there to work.

A good line to use with guys who compliment you on your 'niceness' but won't go for dances: "I'd love to keep chatting. I feel like we have great chemistry and really hit it off tonight. But I have x financial goal (tuition fees, business start-up, a personal project) and I really need to make some money. Let me know if you want to spend more time with me later." If they take offence to that, they were probably going to be cheap or douchey anyway.

Well you can't sell something you can't find in you, but at the same time it's a stripclub so customers do walk in wanting to see strippers.

I had to find a balance between being my punk dyke self & putting on the act that is gonna make me more--anyhow I went full on stripper with my looks once & made boco bucks for doing the whole blonde tan hair down towards my ass plastic barbie thing, but I was soo unhappy with what it attracted & how people saw me after work that I couldn't live in it any longer then I did, cuz that just wasn't me. Still I do tone down alot & doll up to make what I now do which is what works best for me.

Anyhow I think it depends on the club if classy works there opposed to being stripperish. At upscale gown clubs classy is great, but I wouldn't see that working for a girl over at KOD or anywhere booty popping is pretty much required & that's when you either get with it or go someplace else.

Work on yr hustling skills & sell your assets as that really is what is going to make you the most regardless of your look though looks do sell themselves when you look like what they wanted to see, but if not let them drink & once the beer glasses are on you can connivence them of anything as I've seen a lot of girls use that to their advantage. lol

I definitely had to open up more and force the happy/bubbly thing when I started. It doesn't mean you still can't be classy -- you just can't be too reserved or people start to see you as uptight or snobbish. Everything is a caricature in a strip club: This girl is classy, this one is sweet, this one is dirty, blah de blah de blah...Just be whoever you really are, but magnified.

I do the "evil never looked so cute" routine. I used to do the whole angry sulky goth girl routine but ever sinceI got my tits I switched it up. Oh I still blast heavy evil shit but I always have a big smile on my face and I'm happy, bubblyand cheerful in direct contrast to blasting Pantera. It works. Well having 34DDD tits don't hurt
