    Default Infrared saunas

Anyone use one and notice improvements? Ive heard good things about weight loss, clearing skin issues, as well as muscle joint aches and pains.

I know you can get em at Costco for like 1g so im considering it.

I use a similar, hand held device for anti-aging, called Evis MD red light device. It def works and I would be interested in doing the beds, but they are not readily available yet in most tanning salons. That is slowly changing and I'd want to try them.
