I think that every processor has its OWN compliance/terms ecc
I suggest signing in for a processor like zombaio, okpay, ccbill ( it is free) read very carefully the contract that they send you, then decide if you want to carry on and sign it or give up.

As I know they don't want to have their logo, shipping cart on adult websites (last year their cc told me that they were not accepting adult websites ) did you tell them that your website is adult oriented ?
I have seen the possibility to generate the html code for bottons ( both pay and donate) on my client area.I tried it but it worked only with Visa credit cards
NB: I have seen an area on AP where you submit your website for approval, and they ask you :
How does your website generate revenue?
How long does it take to deliver your product/service?
    Please explain your business model?
How do you advertise your business?
Which measures do you use to prevent fraud?
What are your Terms of Service?
Where are your Terms of Service located on your website?
    What is your Refund Policy?
Where is your Refund Policy located on your website?
Do you own and control the website?

    ^^ Yep that's it

No I didn't tell them as I wasn't aware they didn't accept adult sites and it doesn't ask anywhere. Oh boo. I can't use the others because of all the fees and setup costs, i thought this might be the answer

Have you looked into http://www.camgirlservices.com ? They provide adult payment processing via CCBill and Zombaio. They take care of all the installs for you and walk you through anything cam girl related. I've always used them. They are awesome and always super friendly
