Ok I know crash diets are bad.. But my good friends from my club are going to take a strip trip to Vegas in the middle of January. They want me to go and I want to go but I def have some flab I want to lose. I'm talking 5-10 pounds and if I tone up a bit in the process, awesome.
I'm thinking of doing cardio every day (what should I do and for how long?) and 90 minutes of bikram yoga 3x a week, along with eating super healthy (mainly fruits and vegetables, lean protein, minimal grains/starches).
I also strip 2-3x a week, 8-12 hour shifts.
Any advice on dieting and working out? Is it realistic for me to lose 5-10 pounds of fat between now and then SAFELY? Any input would be great.

Just google some and you'll see. The basic gist is they're very hard to follow, not much direction (which is especially dangerous when it comes to some of the moves you're supposed to perform).


!!!!! It makes it really easy to hate that instructor..but p90x does work
