Default Where to print private photos?

One of my customers wanted me to send them some autographed glossy prints but I don't have a printer. One of my friends who lived close to me said I could use their printer and I would just need to buy the glossy paper. So I worked something out with that customer and he paypal'd me $100. Then suddenly my friend's roommate moved out of the house (the actual owner of the printer) and that option is no longer available. I really want to send out these prints soon. I was thinking of going to a copy/print shop but the nature of my photos might not go so well with the staff. lol. Does anyone know if there is any way I could print out photos without the staff knowing what exactly I'm printing? Would they allow me to just set up my laptop directly to a printer and nobody would see what gets printed out? What's the best way to do this?

Not sure where you are, but I know that a lot of photo printing shops have the option of just inserting a memory card into a machine and choosing what to print, and no-one sees anything.

Of course, the other option is just buying a printer - I just bought a brand new all in one printer/scanner/copier for $50 including shipping.....

Um i would be paranoid too about that!
Probably they dont even care what are you going to print, still awkward
But you can always ask in advance if they can give you ~privacy lol

Having access to a personal printer for example your friends (i have a small epson made for this kind of prints, postcard size and glossy paper, surprisingly the ink doesnt run out like normal printers) would be the best option.

Most wouldn't care what you are printing, and I know that a lot of people do develop and print anything. BUT I had a friend who worked at a photolab back in the pre-digi days, and they had all kinds of stuff come in....and one douche who also worked there would make copies of all the naked photos and keep them in a big binder....EEEEEWWWW

I'd say buy your own photo printer, as it's definitely a worthwhile investment (and a tax writeoff!)

I know. I actually never thought of this until I met this guy, and then after that I was SO disturbed. Luckily, I had access to a darkroom then, so all my nude photos were just black and white! LOL So happy about the digital revolution and the ability to print my own.
