Is it possible to learn in a month?
Do you mean each cheek individualy because when you say pop your booty I think of making it bounce which is easy. As for the individual thing it took me a month of sporadic trying and finally did it one day during sex. So its possible just practice.

Practice makes perfect, so the more you practice the quicker you'll learn.

Are you talking about shaking the ass like at 2:52 or popping the cheeks only like at 2:57? I'm gonna assume the popping the cheeks thing.
I can pop both butt cheeks at the same time easily, if I'm kneeling. That only took me a couple weeks of practice to get it down smoothly. I can do one at a time from the same position if I go really slowly. I haven't been practicing since I haven't been stripping, but I would imagine it would take maybe another couple weeks to a month to get that down to the sexy fast wiggle speed if I practiced every day. I would recommend trying both at the same time first. It's easier and it'll get you intune to the muscles you'll be using. Kneel with your toes together and your knees apart, lean forward on your hands and arch your back. Flex and release your thighs to get the popping motion in your butt. When you feel comfortable with that, try focusing on isolating one at a time. Just flex the right thigh, then the left. Go slowly at first. Then speed it up as you get comfortable. I'm sure if you practice every day, it shouldn't take too long. It's really not that difficult to do once you realize which muscle you're using, it's just alternating quickly that's tricky. Then, if your booty is big enough, you could even progress to doing it standing. A girl I talked to said that practicing before bed every night, she was able to do that in 3 months.

Yeah i was referring to the popping at 2:57 but I want to learn how to do it standing up as well. Ive been flexing my butt cheeks for like 15 minutes a day for the past few days and I can tell Im doing it right I just dont have the muscle yet to make it look impressive.




I could do it when I first tried it.. I think how good it looks doesn't depend on your ass muscles but how much fat is on top of them so you can really see the ass move.. just keep trying, my booty wiggl/pop (where you stand and move your legs so both ass cheeks clap together) took me almost a year to learn..



I've been doing butt flexing exercises since I was about 5, I think my mum told me it's a good exercise for some health benefit. I was dancing for 2 years before I ever saw it used on stage so when I saw that and decided to learn it took me about 15 mins.
Try sitting on the floor with your legs in a V, tilt your pelvis and lean forward a little. Flex both at once holding for a couple of seconds before releasing do this 5-10 times then repeat with one butt cheek then the other then try alternating.
Then try it sitting on your knees like in the video, trick is to lean forward and have most of your weight on your lower legs and hands, you don't want your thighs tensed or it will be 10x harder to isolate the butt muscle. Repeat the exercises above.
Eventually you'll be able to do it faster and to the beat of a song![]()

i can pop mine like a mofo, but ive been working on my isolations for a while, theres no midgets in there YET but i hope to get it. just like clapping it takes a while to get it to do what you want it to once you get the muscle to move~ tho isolating i cant do that standing up like ive seen alot of gals here do =( waaant!!! but yea.. i can pop standing up

you might never be able to do this.. it depends on the person. that girl has a big, 'loose' ass where it looks really good and i'm positive she's been a stripper for quite a while. the basic butt clap, (standing) where the cheeks go to the side and then together took me almost a year to learn. i'm practicing the one kneeling down but truth is, she looks good doing it cause she has a matching ass. My ass is pretty tight from the gym, so not much to wobble around and you can't detect the movement as well.
This is so true. Most people have a least a little junk in the trunk, but the success to which you can make your ass pop and shake like that depends on your ass size/shape/composition. There was a girl at my first club who was super skinny - like walking-Barbie-doll type skinny, which was attractive in some ways, but the girl had no ass. Watching her trying to "shake" it on stage was just embarrassing to watch because nothing in her ass jiggled, and she just looked like she was frantically trying to hump the stage. My ass has mass and shakes a reasonable amount, but, like crystalize, it's pretty tight (the only body part that tightens up easily when I exercise), so I doubt I would ever be able to do something like the girl in the video. Not every body type can do every dance move.

Yes. When I started dancing I wasn't fat by any means, but I was slightly bigger and had a little more body fat. Shaking my ass was a big part of my dance style.
Since then I have toned up considerably, and while I still have a good ass it's tighter and doesn't bounce/jiggle the way it used to. I don't think the moves look as good on me now because of this![]()

Not really. Its all about muscle control it just takes alot of practice to find and control your other glute muscles. Ive seen skinny girls do it too and it does look really cool. I should have known better than to ask some white girls about ass shaking lol


^Half true. I've seen girls that look like skeletons still pop what little butt muscle they have, but you can also quite literally "shake" your butt by moving your pelvis (no muscle flexing involved) and that only works if you've got some muscle AND fat to shake around.
I first learned the muscle isolation by sitting with my legs out in a "V" and flexing my butt. ETA: The standing booty clap uses different muscles than when you're on all fours or squating. It's a combination of your butt and inner thigh. I still haven't gotten that one down right. It's tough!

making it clap tho takes a lot of practice too because when i first started my legs wouldnt go, or they would go and one side would stop~ xD
