    Default Sweating and Vaginal Ouder. How to Deal?

    So im having trouble with sweating profusly, especially when i come off stage. What is a great anti-persperient and is there one i can use for my back cause i sweat there too. Also while working i have vaginal ouder and i get very self conscious about it. I go through 74 wipe baby wipe packs in 2 days because im obsessed with smelling bad. This got worse after a custy told me he only got 3 dances from one of the girls at my club cause her vagina stank and i dont want the same to happen to me. Is there a product i could use to make sure i dont smell down there or even a better brand of baby wipes. I use a no name brand because its cheaper and i go through them so quick but if theres a better brand i wouldnt mind spending the money. TIA!

    well, your vagina might not be stinking.

    Or, it could be but it doesn't have to do with sweat, but with discharge. Which is it?

    If it's discharge and you genuinely do have a stink to it (get yourself wet, dab a clean finger in, and smell-- do you honestly think someone's going to be able to smell that 2+ feet away in a club filled with all sorts of stronger odors?) then you might have a yeast infection, but likely have BV. If it's BV there's plenty of threads on here for that (as well as yeast or Trich-- trich sometimes gets misdiagnosed as BV.) You can go to a doctor for a culture, or can try different at home remedies, going from tea tree oil mixed with coconut oil, or boric acid inserted (not taken as a pill internally, but as an insert into your vagina-- very important as it's poisonous if ingested) once a night for eleven days.

    In all likelihood, your probably just really self-conscious-- but take care because you might not have an issue, but if you upset your vaginal flora with scented or wet wipes with alcohol, you could upset your ph and REALLY get a yeast infection, BV, or trich.


    If you ARE sweating a lot, two things--
    after awhile of doing cardio at a certain level, your body will stop sweating and you'll have to push harder to get a response. So, if you only work now and then, you can do cardio every day and after two or three weeks, you won't be sweating as easily.

    Or, you could get a shot in your sweat gland. I know this can be done in your armpits or hands--I assume this could also be done in the crease between your leg and vagina but you'll have to ask a dermatologist about that.

    I've noticed eating less sodium before work helps with sweating. If I eat a bunch of salty food, I'll be sweaty after my first stage.

    This is helpful. I've always sweat profusely when @ work & get hot all the time -but I'm also a huge sodium whore. Some girls like chocolate -nah, not me, just give me a salt lick... lol!
