I admit I'm eyeballing my next set. I'm a 34DDD and for some reason it doesn't feel like enough. I am thinking of going up to 700-800's.
Anyone else on here considering a revision?

I actually feel the opposite! I have 525s and although I'm not currently thinking about a revision, I know that when/if I need one, I will probably downsize to around 400cc. I wear a DD now, but I think they're actually probably bigger than that, DD barely cover them. I feel kind of awkward and self conscious of them IRL... but in the club they are awesome.
When I'm done dancing, I will most likely downsize. I also want to lose some weight soon, so we'll see how they look once 15 pounds is off of me.

I used up all of my revision potential ( four re-do's bigger every time ) !!!

I do actually have a question about this though: When/why would anyone have to replace implants, not including a revision like what Tempest is asking. Like, I've had mine since 2004-will I ever need to replace them?

general school of thought is that the abrasiveness of the salt in saline filled implants wears at the silicone implant bag folds over time ... leading to the 10 year mark as the point where risk of bag failure begins to rise rapidly. To avoid 'unscheduled' down time, many women schedule a replacement rather than risking waking up with a 'flat tire' one morning. This failure mode of course depends on how often the implant bags get flexed, so girls who work out, do pole work etc. and therefore subject their implant bags to more frequent folding may compress 10 years worth of normal implant folding down to perhaps 7 years.
In contrast, silicone fluid lubricates the implant bag folds and thus reduces implant bag wear per fold, thus the same school of thought points toward the 20 year mark for silicone implants.
Face it Tempest ! It's time to trade in your implants to a set of 800's overfilled to 1001cc so you can take the 'professional' tax deduction for the implant surgery cost !Tempest, you're addicted to boobies

Man...I'm almost at the 10 yr mark, and I work out a lot. Yikes

^^^ obviously 'your mileage may vary'.
But if you're in a position where an unplanned 'flat tire' would prevent you from working, and where scheduling a surgery could require weeks of 'lead time' due to your surgeon's schedule, etc. then you may want to seriously think about making a 'pre-emptive strike'. I once experienced a 'flat tire' a few weeks after my surgery that my doctor replaced under warrantee ( due to an implant bag defect, or so the doctor claimed ) but it still cost me more than a month's worth of lost earnings between scheduling the surgery and post-op stitches.
If you do decide to go for replacement, I would also recommend going at least 100cc bigger in order to have your breast skin 'tightened up' automatically versus having to deal with your surgeon removing breast skin for tightening.
