I'm lucky that I haven't encountered too, too many assholes, but when I do, it always seems to get under my skin. Tonight, this fuck-stick acted like he was interested in the 2-for-1, then after a few minutes of wasting my time, starts laughing and says "I'm just fucking with you girl, I wouldn't spend my money on your stupid ass." WTF??? Then I turned around, sold the dance to his buddy and flipped him the bird. But seriously...
An hour later, these 2 guys are sitting right by the stage and actually booing at me and shouting insults!!!!!
So anyway, it totally killed my confidence, and later on a guy told me he would've bought a dance from me, but I never approached him. :/ Well, that's my fault, but honestly, I was just not wanting to deal with anymore bullshit. So yeah, it totally ruined my night.
How do you convince yourself you're still the shit after someone tears you down? How do you still carry that confidence and convince people you're worth their time and money? I mean, obviously I'm not going to bother wasting time on someone who treats me poorly, but I also realize customers will not buy my product if *I* don't have confidence in it.
Usually, it's very rare that I encounter such people, but when I do, I just comfort myself by rolling in my large pile of money. But I walked out with a shitty $75 because I let this douche nozzle fuck with my head.
