Hi, Does anyone have any issues with their chat software becoming non responsive? I find that I stop seeing incoming messages from members and also not being able to send outgoing messages into the chat system while I am streaming. The only way to fix this every 5 minutes or whenever it happens is to click the refresh icon within the chat window.
I contacted the homecams agent Hugo, He had me disable any antivirus software and it still does not seem to work properly after doing what he has told me to try.
