Omega west you are possibly right ?!
But believe it also has alot to do with location and a spin on the type of club!
So I will ask where do you suggest for a location?

florida I have found is a very diverse place, simply because the state allows maximum flexibility, with long hours and full nudity with alcohol, its the counties and cities that you have to find zoning within is where your actual restrictions come from.

so as such you just have to find what type of club you wish to have and then find a place that fits your style. then the hardest part begins, finding your location that fits all the restrictions that will be in place.

in my case for example, the market we chose was one I had familiarity with from working in the local clubs before hand, and finding an area just beyond the restriction boundaries and limitations. this of course has taken 4 years to get all the bells and whistles correct, easements and base infrastructure.

    good luck

Countless people have started threads like this, so I recommend using the search function to find them. If you have specific questions (like, would most dancers appreciate/dislike x feature in a club) then you might get some better responses.

Good luck! I live here and unless your purchasing an existing one that has an adult use license, liquor license your going to have a hard time aquiring those and pinellas county strip clubs are zoned and only allowed in certain areas. I would've opened one if it were that easy. I remember when my gf bought personalitys (formerly sweethearts) the trrouble she went through with the liquor license( took almost a year to get) and that was a pre existing strip club. GOOD LUCK!
