    Default Sore Feet - Help

I have wide feet and am slightly flat footed ... and when I wear my stripper heels I get pain and swelling on the outside of my big toes.

I usually wear the basic pleaser heels.

It's to the point where i'm considering booking shorter shifts because my feet always hurt so much by the end

    can anyone help?

I have the same problem. I started wearing clear Pleasers in one size up and it helped. The plastic will stretch out over time and you can speed it up with a hairdryer.

I don't really know what to tell you about it happening DURING your shift but when you're done, try soaking them in hot water and then laying in bed with them raised on a pillow.

Get bigger shoes and stuff them full of pads. Some girls wear 3 different ones at my club. When ur not working buy a tennis ball and roll ur foot over it under ur arches. and always wear shoes around the house.

also, if you have to stretch a pair of shoes, you can fill ziplock bags 2/3 full of water, put them in the shoe and then put that in the freezer. The water will conform into the shoes and when it freezes, it will expand and stretch out the shoes a bit.

I used to wear shoes with two straps in a half size bigger than I would otherwise wear. They wouldn't slide off even if I went upside down because of the two strap placement. Like this

I wouldn't go that tall, personally lol.
